What Ive come to realize is that what we focus our attention


on is what we tend to see more and more of in our lives. Simply
by focusing on the more positive aspects of life, we bring more
of them into our lives. The more optimistic we become, the
more happy and successful we become. Happiness is the key
to success, not the other way around. I always make sure to
think of things that Im grateful for every single day. I know
that no matter how negative things may seem, there is always
something I can choose to feel happy about. No matter what
your current circumstances are, you always have at least 100
reasons to be happy!

You only need one, but here are 100
