Sponsorship for Invitational Inter-School T 20 Cricket Tournament

With reference to the above, we take great pleasure in informing you that the 12 th Invitational
Inter-School
T 20 Cricket Tournament is being organised by us on our School Ground (St.
Lawrence High School, Calcutta) starting from 2nd December 2015.
The Tournament will be for two Categories :
Category A Students below 14 years of age &
below 16 years of age

Category B Students

Both the categories will have 8 Teams from different Calcutta based reputed Schools and the
total number of matches will be 30 (Thirty), spread over at least 15(fifteen) Match Days.
Besides St. Lawrence, the participating Schools are St. Xaviers, South Point, Don Bosco, Birla
High, South City International, St. James, Garden High, St. Thomas Church and Nava Nalanda.
In all our previous Eight Tournaments, we have had the pleasure to have among us eminent
Indian Cricketers viz. Mr. Arun Lal, Mr. Ashok Malhotra, Mr. Deep Dasgupta, Mr. Raja Venkat,
Mr. Snehashis Ganguly, Mr. Devang Gandhi, Mr. Ranadeb Bose and our very special and our
own DADA (Mr. Saurav Ganguly).The entire Tournament is very well covered by the Electronic
and Print Media.
We hope you will surely appreciate that organising successfully an event as detailed above
necessitates substantial monetary support for which we are looking for a Sponsorship from your
Organisation. We are sure that you will come forward and support us in our efforts to encourage
such sports activities among the children of various Schools.
For your information, the total budgetory expenses for the above proposed Tournament shall be
around Rs.400000/= (Rupees Four Lakh only) and the rates for the various sponsorship options
are mentioned in the next page.
