The rule for defining the release version number of the NE software is: a.bb.cc.dd.

"a" represents the release version of the platform. Currently, it can be only 5 for the U2000 Web
LCT.

"bb" represents the product.

"cc" represents the R version of the product. For example, R001 maps to 01 and R002 maps to 02.
The rest are mapped in the same way.

"dd" represents the B version of the product.

The rule for mapping the U2000 Web LCT with the NE software is as follows:
In the case of the versions that are not specified in the mapping table, for example, if the mapping table
displays only "a.bb.cc.20", all versions of a.bb.cc.2x are mapped with the U2000 Web LCT.

1.4 Version Mapping with Other Software

None.

Symptom:
On the OptiX OSN 3800 of
R4 version, the card mode
of the LSXR card cannot be
set.
Impact:
This problem is caused by
a fault of the NE, and the
NE version must be
upgraded.
Symptom:
In ISO mode, each NE
global Chinese character
occupies three bytes on the
NE side and two bytes on
the interface. If the
information (such as the
remarks of the NE) exceeds
the maximum length
supported by the NE, the
displayed information is
incomplete.
Impact:
This problem does not
affect functions.
Symptom:
The status of a non-GNE is
displayed in the logged-in
state, but its status is
UNKNOWN after a user
logs in to the NE. This
problem rarely recurs.
Impact:
The NE status is incorrectly
displayed.
Symptom:
After a user sets the forced
switching in the external
clock priority table, the
setting does not take effect
on NEs.
Impact:
The forced switching fails.
Symptom:
The standard NTP type
cannot be set for the time
synchronization of NEs of
NA version.

version, an error message
is displayed. The slot ID is
incorrect in the error
message.
Impact:

does not affect functions.
Symptom:
A user filters the data in the
AO buffer list for NEs of NA
version according to certain
conditions and saves the
filter result as a file. The file,
however, contains all data.
Impact:
All data, instead of the filter
result, is saved.
