Title of Project :
The study of “After sales service & customer’s Satisfaction of Marvelous
Motors Pvt.Ltd.in Kolhapur.
Introduction
Talent recruitment involves all the sub-processes around finding, attract
ing and engaging highly talented individuals into your organization. talent recr
uitment forms a part of a much broader strategic approach in the corporate quest
to gain and sustain a competitive advantage in today s marketplace
Historically organizations have not treated the recruitment process as o
ne of strategic importance, but latterly many are now waking up to the reality t
hat the world has changed dramatically. No more can the organization pick and ch
oose between several great candidates for one position. Several changes in our c
onnected world have tipped the scales in favour of the highly talented individua
l looking for new opportunities.
Nurturing talent is a vital part of business development. Building the skills ba
se of employees makes them more productive, motivated and loyal – and ultimately
helps business reach its targets.

PROFILE :-
Established in the year 1996 by its founder Mr.Mansing Jadhav, MARVELOUS MO
TORS PVT. LTD.they are TATA MOTORS authorised dealer , because of its ability to
adapt itself rapidly to meet the challenges of a competitive economy and its co
mmitment to be a customer with its excellent services.
Motivating management practices, excellent leadership, highly skilled workfo
rce and a well focused approach has led Marvelous motors to achieving the goal o
f being the leader in the TATA dealership. Marvelous owes its strong position as
a supplier of choice not only to its sales service, but also to its clear orien
tation towards the customer satisfaction. Once functionality and timing are agre
ed upon, the customer could relax, knowing well Marvelous Motors would deliver q
uality presses exactly as agreed upon, right on time. Marvelous motors develops
strong business partnerships with clients, providing most satisfactory after-sal
e services on a continuous basis.
Scope of the study:
Scope of the study is limited only “ Talent Recruitement and Nurturing”
With reference to “Manugraph India Ltd.,Kolhapur.

The project data pertains to the year 2007-2008
Department Covered:
The department Covered under the researh program are Marketing, After sa
les service.
Persons contacted:
The persons contacted under the research program are customer will be interv
iewed and detail discussion will held with company guide & college guide to get
necessary data.

Statement Of Problem:
The study of “ Talent Recruitment and Nurturing” With reference to “Manugr
aph India Ltd.,Kolhapur.”
Objectives of study:
1. To make detailed study of the existing recruitment practices and selecti
on policy of Manugraph India Ltd.,Kolhapur
2. To study in particular various internal and external sources adopted in
the organisation.
3. To know different types of training and development programes in “Manugr
aph India Ltd.
4. To find out effect of training and development programes.
5. To make suggestion , if any to improve the Talent Recruitment and Nurt
uring practices of the Manugraph India Ltd.
Limitation of the study:
1. Project period is 50 days, so there is time limit to complete project be
fore given span of time.
2. The study is limited to Kolhapur,sindhudurg.
3. Project is done by taking interviews of the customer them about compan
y will change from time to time.
4. The staff members and workers routine, formalities may affect on researc
h or collection of information.
5. The factors restrict the scope of study.
Research methodology:
The important step is to study of the Collection of liable data from all so
urces, Tabulation of data, Interpretation and analysis of collected data.
Methodology adopted:
To excellent & effective study the data have been collected by both way that i
s primary as well as secondary data.
1. Primary data:- Primary data will be collected with the help of interview
schedule questionnaire ,discussion, observation.
2. Secondary data:- Secondary data collected through annual reports, bookle
ts, various records, registers, writteen material, magazine available in the com
pany.
The process of data collection is further supplement by extensive library books,
settlement copy, web site to get proper information.
