PRAYERS TO HEAL INSOMNIA

Insomnia is a habitual or temporary sleeplessness,
caused by physiological, psychological, or spiritual
dysfunction. This is a disorder that affects every
facet of a man's being. The quality of rest you take at
night, determines how your day will go. There are
some very essential things in the life of a man:
1. THE FIRST GREAT ESSENTIAL TO LIFE IS AIR, NOT
FOOD.
2. THE SECOND IS NOT FOOD, AS SOME WOULD
SUPPOSE, BUT WATER.
3. THE THIRD IS STILL NOT FOOD, BUT SLEEP.
4. FOOD IS THE FOURTH GREAT ESSENTIAL
Sleep is a very essential ingredient in the sustenance
of a man's life. A man can do without food for upward
of seventy days before he can die, but no one can do
without air and sleep for long time. Sleep is essential
that it is used in reproducing millions of cell that died
during the day as we go about normal businesses.
Aside from the physiological and psychological
problem that can induce insomnia, there are times
that our sleep mechanisms can be tampered with by
the enemy; during such times, the victim will find it
difficult to sleep. Those who suffer from any form of

sleep disorder must pray aggressively if they must be

free from this evil called insomnia.
1. Father, thank you for watching over me as I sleep
in Jesus name.
2. Lord, into your hands and care I commend my
spirit soul and body as I sleep, in Jesus name.
3. I refuse to sleep in the chambers of problems, in
Jesus name.
4. Every problem in my life, causing insomnia,
receive instant solution from the Lord now, in Jesus
name.
5. Any spirit making my life a playground at night,
receive instant judgment, in Jesus name.
6. Holy Spirit of God accompany me through every
second, minute, and hour of the night, in Jesus name.
7. Father, release your transfiguration cloud of glory
to give me sound sleep, in Jesus name.
8. I hide my life in the strong tower of the Lord
against every pestilence and arrow that flies at night,
in Jesus name.
9. Every environmental satanic agent, denying me
sleep, scatter, in the name of Jesus.
10. I cut off myself from every linkage with satanic
dream, in Jesus name.
11. I bind every familiar spirit, interfering with my
dreams, in Jesus name.
12. I cut off my life from addiction to sleeping pills in
Jesus name. 13. Every arrow of the night, fired by
witchcraft powers to disturb my sleep, be diverted
into the forest, in Jesus name.

14. Let the conspiracy of the spirit and power of the

night with familiar spirit against my sleep be broken
in Jesus name.
15. I take authority over the spirit of: Depression,
despair, despondency, discouragement,
hopelessness, self-pity, withdrawal, anxiety,
bewilderment, burden, dread, harassment,
intimidation, mental torment, paranoia, superstition,
worry, fear of demons, fear of sexual inadequacy,
fear of the night, and disturbing thoughts in my life,
in Jesus name. (Please spend time here)
16. Every problem transferred into my inner man to
disturb my sleep, receive solution now, in Jesus
name.
17. Every occult mediation in my environment
disturbing my sleep be frustrated now, in Jesus
name.
18. Every Cardiac insomnia (SS. 5.2) disturbing my
health, stop now in Jesus name.
19. Lord Jesus, work in my heart and arrest every
unusual palpitations, in Jesus name.
20. I refuse to be a companion of night creatures in
Jesus name. (Job 30.29)
21. Every stressful insomnia in my life, receive
instant solution now, in Jesus name. (Psalm 77.2-6)
22. Every spiritual frog in my bedroom be removed
by fire now, in Jesus name (Psalm 105.30).
23. Any power assigned to wake me up from sleep; I
bind you in Jesus name.
24. Every conscience agitated insomnia, be healed
by the blood of Jesus. (Dan.6.16-23)

25. My problems will not kill me; I shall see the end
of my problems, in Jesus name.
