KISAN& KSR PVC PIPES
Kisan & KSR Plain Ended/Self Socketed Pipes with Solvent
Cement Joints are made from highest grade quality resin
ensuring that our product is intrinsically superior.
The
sophisticated control system ensures a complete control on the
quality which surpasses BIS and ISO requirements.PVC pipes
are manufactured as per IS: 4985 standard.PVC pipes are used
for irrigation, drinking & portable water supply, waste line and
many more applications.
KISAN & KSR ELASTROMETRIC PIPES
Kisan & KSR FirmSeal (Elastomeric) Pipes are especially higher
in diameters. Firm seal PVC pipes have unique properties that
no other material can offer; they eliminate the need for
cumbersome & messy adhesives and sealants. Electrometric
sealing ring offers a seal so tight that the possibility of any kind
of leakage becomes remote. Firmseal pipes are manufactured
as per IS: 4985 standard.
KSR Agricultural Fittings

In a short span of time Kisan Irrigations has produced the

widest range and sizes of injection moulded PVC fittings in the
country. The fittings, conforming to IS: 7834 standards, are
made from the highest grade quality resin. PVC fittings ensure
easy installation, quick modifications as well as complete
flexibility in constructing a piping system.
KISAN & KSR Hdpe Pipes & Fittings
Hdpe pipes, in the form of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
has scored beyond doubt even in heavyland areas, where only
the strongest galvanized iron, cement and asbestos survive.
Hdpe is today, the internationally preferred piping material,
across an unbelievable range of application where strength and
long life are the key requirements. Moreover, HDPE is capable
of handling even semi-solid and gaseous effluents, and display
unmatched resistance to corrosive chemicals. HDPE pipes are
manufactured as per IS: 4984 standard. HDPE pipes are mainly
used for agriculture, portable water supply, industrial and for
carrying natural, coal, bio-gas.
KISAN & KSR Submersible Column Pipes
Submersible Rising Main Pipes are the mainstay of any tube
well / bore well to tap the underground water resources. Our
unique clamp ensures real tight joints of male & female
threads. The rising main pipes can be installed in all types of
soil conditions whether acidic or alkaline.

KISAN & KSR Casing Pipes

Kisan& KSR Casing Pipes have gained notable renown in tube
well / bore well applications due to their simple yet strong and
sturdy features which ensures easy installation at great depths
for protecting utility lines of various types from getting
damaged. We offer CM and CS casing pipes both in solid wall

plain and ribbed screen pipes. Casing pipes are manufactured

as per IS: 12818.
KSR Solvent Cement
KSR Solvent Cement is made as per IS: 14182. It is used to
join two or more pipes or join a pipe to a fitting or a fitting to a
fitting. We provide Solvent Cement in three variants:
Agricultural use, High pressure application & for uPVC ASTM
pipes. Solvent Cement is available in plastic bottles and as well
as in tins in various sizes.
KISAN & KSR Garden, Tubing, Suction & Braided Hoses
Suction Hoses have excellent resistance to inside and outside
pressure because they are designed with hard chloride-vinyl
resin between inside and outside and also have excellent
flexibility.

With water becoming a scarce resource, Drip Irrigation is the
answer to modern agricultural needs. Kisan Irrigations offers a
wide range of reliable & cost effective drippers & dripper line
products. Kisan Drip Irrigation Systems are uniquely
engineered to deliver a measured quantity of water directly at
the root zone of each plant at regular intervals. This is to
ensure that the plants do not experience stress for water &
nutrients. All our Dripper line products are manufactured as per

Kisan& KSR Sprinkler system is designed to raise efficiency

levels as well as the volume and quality of crops and to ensure
maximum water saving, combined with high reliability,
durability and ease of installation. Our sprinklers meet the

needs of a wide variety of crops. It is also adaptable to nearly

all irrigable soils since sprinklers are available in a wide range
of discharge capacity. These sprinkler systems excel in their
uniform distribution capabilities, thanks to their uniquely large
clog-resistant water passages.
Kisan& KSR Mini& Micro Sprinklers
Kisan & KSR Mini Sprinklers can be used for marginal water and
marginal land irrigation requirements. They have a low
discharge but long radius of throw. It also has a low application
rate (4-5mm/hr) at low operating pressure (1.0kg/cm2). A fixed
system like that of drip single crop season and its durable &
high distribution efficiency makes it a farmers friendly design.
Its easy handling & dismantling reduces the
labour
requirement . Spraying of Pesticide & weedicide through the
sprinklers is also possible and has a high water penetration
uniformity for standing crops. With a high fertigation efficiency,
the Kisan Mini Sprinkler is a permanent but most flexible
system.

Kisan& KSR provides a complete solution for Control and Safety
Valves. Our high performance Valves are with manual and or
automatic control. Our Plastic Valves are cost effective, easy to

Kisan & KSR Irrigation Water Filters - Filtration Systems
Water is always contaminated with physical, chemical &
biological impurities. Proper filtration is important to prevent
low pressure diffusers like emitters from clogging. Our wide
range of irrigation water filters protect micro irrigation system
from hazards of clogging like the Sand Separators which
removes silt & sand from water. We have Media filters to
remove organic impurities like algae, trash, leaves etc. We also
have a complete range of Screen/ Disc filters to remove any

physical impurities from water. Designed for stable

performance, highest filtration efficiency at lowest friction/head
loss to conserve energy and minimum maintenance make our

KSR SWR Drainage Systems
KSR SWR pipes are manufactured as per IS 13592 both in Type
A and Type B. KSR SWR fittings are manufactured as per IS
14735. KSR SWR systems have been quickly replacing the
conventional systems that are being used in the building
industry for leak-proof sewerage, waste, rainwater drainage
system. The pipes and fittings are extremely light in weight,
strong, durable, dimensionally stable and are safe in handling,
transportation and installation. They also have high impact
strength. The trouble free performance of SWR pipes & fittings
saves a lot of inspection and maintenance cost.
Kisan & KSR PPR C Pipes & Fittings
Kisan& KSR PPR C plumbing pipes is the right choice for both,
hot and cold water distribution, proven worldwide due to its
combining performance Durability, Reliability, Safety with Cost
Saving. Kisan PPR-C Pipes & Fittings are manufactured from
PPR-C as per IS: 15801 and have low melt flow rate, high
molecular weight and excellent creep resistance which give
long term performance under mechanical stress. The choice of

raw material, the structural accuracy and the strict quality

control gives the Kisan PPR - C plumbing system a higher

Solvent Jointing
Galvanised Iron Pipes have been in use for the past few
decades for the distribution of portable water. The quality of
these pipes had deteriorated so drastically over the past
decade, that environmentalists and public health engineers had
to search for a proper replacement to overcome the problems
of Contamination, choked lines, Leakage due to galvanic action
and corrosion etc.
The most affluent nations have reverted to copper (Germany)
and stainless steel (Japan). While countries in Middle East, Far
East, Europe, America have opted for uPVC Pipes to overcome
these problems. The Kisan & KSR uPVC ASTM system is far
superior and ensures uninterrupted flow of clean portable
water for a lifetime.
KSR CPVC Pipes & Fittings
KSR CPVC piping system is used for hot & cold potable water distribution in
homes, apartments, high rises and commercial installation. They are the best
match and alternative to conventional plumbing systems. CPVC pipes and fittings
have excellent corrosion resistance, lower bacterial growth, low thermal
expansion, superior insulation, inertness to chemicals and are unaffected by
chlorine in the water.KSR CPVC pipes are manufactured as per IS: 15778 &
fittings as per ASTM-D 2846.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Kisan & KSR Higher Diameter PE Pipes
KISAN& KSR large diameter PE pipe makes a significant
contribution to pipeline project cost reduction. The extremely
smooth interior wall eliminates turbulence and prevents scaling
produced by hard water. This higher flow capacity can also
provide a substantial reduction in pumping costs hence making
it a very popular choice both in Water Management and
Sewerage Applications. It is very much essential to define
strength of the material at a given reference life time. HDPE
has a projected life time of 50 years transporting water at 30
deg. C. However, with safety factors in consideration actual life
time is much beyond 50 years. HDPE Pipes are made as per IS:
4984 for potable water supply and as per IS: 14333 for
sewerage applications.
Kisan & KSR Higher Diameter PVC Pipes:
Kisan & KSRPVC pipe is a product of modern technology,
offering reliable and durable service to a variety of users
including contractors, engineers, operators, industries, utilities
and irrigation districts. A number of performance advantages
means PVC Pipes now replaces many traditional materials.
When piping systems are designed, one of the main concerns is
flow rate and pressure. PVC pipes provide smoother wall
surfaces that reduce fluid friction and resistance to flow.This
hydraulic smoothness inhibits slime build-up in sewers and
virtually eliminates tuberculation and encrustation in water
distribution mains. The end results are significantly lower
