Post Application in the Prefectorial Board of morning session in the year 2015/2016.

Referring to the purpose of this letter as above, I, from 4 would be pleased to inform
that I have set my standards and goals to be appealing for the Deputy Head Prefects
posting in the sessions of 2015 and 2016.
2. Taking up the duty of being a prefect for the past 4 years have resulted in an
established credibility and a great sense of responsibility towards the well-being of the
students here, in school. In my opinion, this would be my first step to demonstrate the
utmost capability of our school to be recognized in the eyes of tabloids. As a vibrant
prefect, I am ever ready to take up the posting and I am looking forward to provide
quality services to the school.
3. I do consider myself as an eligible candidate for the Deputy Head Prefects posting.
With high standards and consistency in aspects of attendance and punctuality in
these four years of service, I strongly believe that I am capable of being a role model
to the rest of the scholars. I have always performed well in class and I will remain top
notch both academic and co-curricular wise. I have set my aim in making an effort to
make this school a better place.
4. Furthermore, I do believe that I am a trust-worthy and responsible person. These
two qualities are the basic qualities a leader has to possess.I think I can pass on these
qualities and show the importance of these aspects to students in school. Earlier in
Form 2, I carried out a post of being a Group Leader alias Ketua Kumpulan. I received
reports from teachers and discipline unit that I have done my job well and satisfactory.
With this, I am sure I can take up the Deputy Head Prefects posting with more vigor.
5. Besides that, I am also very punctual. I would be right where I am supposed to be
on the dot to carry out my duty. I will carry out my duties with dedication and
enthusiasm. I am working hard to improve the school's image and the image of the
Prefectorial Board, which is valuable for teachers and students will feel comfortable
with the outstanding performance of our school.
6. Finally, the key skill which I believe I will receive if I was given the role as a Deputy
Head Prefect will be an important leadership skill for the future. It will help increase
my confidence in a big way, which is also important for the future. This opportunity
will continue to be placed on a petition for work, and universities in the future and this
is one of the main reasons why I feel it is vital to be one of the leaders.
7. With great hopes, I hope my application would be taken into consideration and
deliberation for me to show my skills and capabilities.
