WELLFARE STATE

This is a country seeking to ensure the world fair of all citizen by means of
government separated social service A SYSTEM which government provides
economic and social security of the population through its organization of health,
services, pensions and other faculties. Reorganization-capitalist society 1)privateownership of the means of production 2) economic activity is hired towards making
profit 3) profits go to the owners for the means of production, until workers get
wages. 4) the process of production is organized into markets, everything is modified.
The main importance was equality of economic opportunity, it was not important who
is poor and who is rich. Equality of the market-all people should take part in the
exchange of goods. Capitalism by its very nature produce change and diversity.
Essential characteristic is dynamism.

visible and not every member was satisfied with same. Rich and poor enter Welfare
Social State. Labour State services should be open to all and achieve the highest
standards and to serve poor by opening the system to all. Conservative- difficulties of

every patient who chose to go to private doctor. The idea of National Health Services
