using various Non Destructive techniques and preventive maintenance of Rotating
equipments.
Well Versed with all kind of welding inspection methods for various applicable
standards, welders performance in production welding, PQR, WPS and Welding
supervision. Co-ordinate with contractors, Familiar with various welding processes like
SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW and FCAW etc...
Preparation, Qualification and approval of WPS, PQR & WPQR as per ASME sec
IX, AWS D1.1 and API 1104. Review and monitor Quality Assurance programs (QAP) for
the project work activities.
Material inspection as per supplier/manufacture document/mill certificate with
respect to type, size, qty identification, witness of mechanical test and visual inspection.
Excellent exposure in codes of ASME SEC-II, V, VIII Div-I, IX, B 31.3, B 16.5,
B16.47 and AWS D1.1, D1.3 and D1.6 , ANSI, API, NACE and BS Codes.
Well Conversant with API-510, API-570, API-577, API-571, API-598, API-653, API580, API-610, API-650, API-660..
Well versed with PID, ISO drawing to find the correct process line for Corrosion
monitoring check.
