II. New trainees, welcome and Welcome back to our old trainees. Before we
start lets have first the checking of attendance.
Now, lets have the preliminary activities. Mr. Irao, please lead the prayer.

Mr. Escalona will now give us the recap of activities we have done since
yesterday.
Thank you for giving us the recap. So those were the things that took place
from yesterday. So now we are going to have the unfreezing activity to be led by
Mr. Meneses.
So now that we are alert and energetic, we can now proceed to the rest of our
tasks with much vigor and positivity.
Mr. Irao, Escalona and Meneses - Please go to the Learning Resource Area
and Read information sheet 1.2-2 Installing computer hardware systems and
devices then answer Self Check 1.2-2.
BRIEFING/ORIENTATION ON CBT DELIVERY (Contextual LA)
New trainees, since you have already done your Pre training Assessment, TNA,
and RPL yesterday, we will be having our Orientation.
This activity is conducted at the very start of your training. This is to acquaint
you of the things that you will be needing during the training like the facilities,
the material/resources that you will use, what is CBT, the role of the trainer,
your role as trainee, the competencies to be covered based on TR, the use of
CBLM, the workshop and its stations and the evaluation system.
Go over the PowerPoint presentation.

New Trainees, now that we are done with the orientation, you can now go
home, relax or review your notes since you already know the core competencies
being covered in CHS NC II. Please be here tomorrow at 8am for the start of
your training. Please come on time. Every time you come here, please log-in
and log-out on the attendance sheet. Thank you!

Perform the Job Sheet on Installing Computer devices and you will be
evaluated performance using Performance criteria Checklist later on.

INSTITUTIONAL ASSESSMENT (Institutional Assessment Area)

Ms. Tolentino - Please go to the Institutional Assessment Area then for your
Institutional Assessment.
In this Institutional Assessment youre going to perform the LO1 Installing
equipment/ devices/ system.
I will gather evidences through Observation, demonstration with oral
questioning.
You are given only 1:30 hour to perform this institutional assessment. The
tools and equipment to be use are available in this area.
And lastly please observe Occupational Health and Safety. You can start now
your assessment.
