Booth Rental Prices: Commercial - $50, Home School Parent - $30, HFHG member - $20

1. The booth rental fee includes a standard table. You may bring your own table and own
tent/awning for shade. Chairs are not provided.

2. I understand that I am authorized to sell and display only the items listed below. Any
variance to items describe below must be approved prior to the Home School Fair by the Home
School Fair Committee or a HomeForHisGlory, Inc official. You may be asked to remove items
if prior approval has not been given. HFHG reserves the right to stop the sale or display of items
considered objectionable. Please describe items selling or displaying below:

3. Electrical outlets will not be available.

4. I understand I must complete set up on Friday morning and all vehicles must be removed
from the booth area by 9:30 am. I further understand that I may not bring in vehicles and begin
tear down prior to 3 pm.

5. This is a FREE event for all Home School families.

6. I understand I am responsible to bring trash bags for my booth area and to insure
cleanliness throughout the day. Please leave your area as clean as when you arrived.

7. I understand HomeForHisGlory, Inc. and E.P. Tom Sawyer Park are not responsible for
any lost or stolen items.

Deadline for booth contract submission and payment is May 15, 2010. NO REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER
May 15, 2010. Please keep a copy of this form for your records.

Check here if you would like to be included in the door prize stamp card. The door prize stamp
card will be handed to every family who attends the Homeschool Fair. To encourage parents to
visit the vendors, each space on the card must be stamped by the vendor in order to be in the
drawing for the door prize. Every vendor who donates a door prize will have a square on the
stamp card. I will be donating a tax deductible door prize for this event.
