In an age where young people are

called to stop the future and start to
be present in our country, that
demands of us more participation
and awareness enhanced citizen, to
be able to generate changes that
contribute to the growth of Peru. But
it is true also that tools or spaces
that give us first to form us and then
to provide solutions to the problems
facing our community are still
insufficient, but now came the
moment in which we must stop sit
down and wait as these spaces
appear as strokes of good luck and
start creating them ourselves. under
this slogan was born the Institute
leaders to the development Peru
(PERU ILIDE).
WHO IS THE INSTITUTE'S
LEADERS FOR DEVELOPMENT?
The
leadership
development
Institute was created in the city of
Piura - Peru, in 2012, with the
purpose of contributing with the
creation of spaces for participation
and capacity-building in youth and
children, as well as carrying out
research and projects on social,
cultural and political issues that help
to generate development in society.
ILIDE PERU this consisting of young
professionals committed to their
citizenship and great sense of

responsibility, endowed with great

technical ability and experience in
the
development
of
our
communities.

Responsibility that we take to build

and deploy the project Training
Center Policy in Search of Best
Authorities.
WHAT
IS
THE
POLITICAL
TRAINING CENTRE?
It is a course which aims to provide
tools and knowledge to men and
young
women
from
different
organizations political and civil on
political issues and governance.
Requires that these young people
have as a project of life devoted to
politics and in a future can obstentar
public office, the purpose of the
project is that when they assume
this role are trained to exercise their
role efficiently and effectively so as
they are suitable to discuss with
fundamentals.
This course is divided into three
stages:
- Call and systematization..
seleecion of the beneficiaries.
- Academic development.
development of the theoretical practical topics divided into 4
modules which are developed in
19 weeks.

- Monitoring.
It is the work of incidence of
youth in his community once
completed the course.
The dictation of the classes are
conducted by specialists in each
field which come from different parts
of the country.
