SPHS Giving Back

To run a first class athletic program requires tremendous support and commitment from your community. This type of support is a two way street in a successful program. Coach Kelly
Nye-Hinkson at South Paulding High School is well aware of
this. Giving back and supporting the community is a consistent thread in her program. The members of the Girls Basketball team at SPHS has been busy reading to Dugan ES students and working Fall Festivals. Thank you Coach as well as
your players for your time and support that you are giving
back.

Screen time spawns plenty of hand wringing
among parents, but the less-is-more wisdom applies to people well beyond the Sesame Street

staying active both above the shoulders and

morning walk, a family hike, a good laugh with
an old friend, or a dance class with someone you
love. Quality sleep is also critical for your brain;
it essentially detoxifies your noggin while you
