Manpower
Construction personnel (staff and labors) involved in the erection,
operation and maintenance works of the material and passenger
hoist shall undergo appropriate training in order to familiarize
themselves in the new working environment and the new work
activities.
They shall also undergo site safety induction course to orient them
with the new work activities and to inform them the safety
hazards that are present in the work activities. Safety induction is
conducted to make sure that all construction personnel are aware
of the hazards and the corresponding safety measures to be
implemented, to ensure the safe working conditions at the site at
all time.

welding joints, etc.)
Check dimensions.
Check lifting inserts (on the foundation) and all lifting points.
Check for adequate crane capacity / unloading equipment
at site.
Check for adequate lifting gears.
Check storage areas if the member parts has to be stored
for future erection.
Check for adequate power supply.
Check all workers assigned to installation works are
qualified. All workers to wear proper PPE.
