Eligibility Criteria :

12 months
90 days (Ninety days)
A. Should be a well established contractor of long
standing experience (minimum 10 years) in
Construction of IT Parks and Multi storied
Buildings with all MEP works.
B. Should have executed single composite work
for a value of Rs. 16 Crores or at least two
similar nature of works, each work costing not
less than Rs.12 Crores involving Construction
of IT Parks and Multi storied buildings with all
MEP Works, in the last three years period .
C. IT returns for the last five financial years
should be enclosed.
D. Should have sound financial and technical
resources to carry out the work in the
prescribed time limit and should have access to
financial resource to sustain a contract cash
flow of Rs. 2.0 Crores per month.
E. Should have adequate machinery, equipments,
tools, technical staff and adequate labour force
for the proposed works and the list of the same
is enclosed with the tender.
