This week we are learning:

Circle Time Review
This week we will continue reviewing
all the topics that we had learned in
1st semester. Western foods, Thai
foods, preposition of place, family,
rainforest animals, sea animals, town
and
country,
occupation,
transportation, animals and their
young and also their sound, fruits,
vegetables, daily routine, classroom
objects, colours, shapes, feelings and
introduction. This will help students
remember what was taught in
previous semester.

Phonics
Review
We will review the complete set of
the alphabet using the Jolly
Phonics song phase two.

Games (Vocabulary Review)

Activity Time
Vocabulary: all previously covered vocabulary, winner, loser, I am the winner, I
have won, I have lost, and we have drawn.

Songs: Do you like spaghetti yogurt? Do you like broccoli ice cream?
One potato, Two potatoes song, Old MacDonald had a farm, Walking in the
jungle, Lets go to the zoo, If youre a kid, If youre happy and you know it,
Five little fruits, fruits song for children, and vegetable song for children.
Activities:
This week we will make hot air balloon for our craft. And we will continue
answering our workbook.
Games:
Simon Says: Play Simon says to review body parts and colours using touch.
E.g. Simon says touch your nose Students touch their nose. When student
makes a mistake, he/she must sit out until the next round.
Bingo: Give students a blank bingo sheets and let them write numbers randomly
in the boxes. The winner is the first student to cross out all the numbers.
Hangman: Using the previous vocabularies, teacher chooses a word and writes
the appropriate number of spaces on the board. Students guess a letter one by
one. If the student guesses correctly, write that letter in the space and give the
student another turn. If they guess wrongly, start drawing a hanging man and
have the next student guess a letter. Let the first student to guess the word take
the teachers place.
New (letters/sounds/vocabulary)
This week we will continue learning the short a vowel sound using our phonics
book.
