O R D E R:
The District Collector, Krishna in his letter 1st read above has submitted
proposal to Govt., through the Spl. Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land
Administration, A.P. Hyderabad for alienation of Govt. land to an extent of Ac.430.90
cts. in Sy.No.93 of Jayantipuram Village, Jaggaiahpet Mandal, Krishna District in
favour of APIIC Ltd., for establishment of Industrial Park.

The District Collector, Krishna in his further letter 2nd read above, while
furnishing the revised proposal for alienation of land to an extent of Ac.498.93 cts. in
favour of APIIC, Vijayawada instead of proposed earlier extent i.e., Ac.430.90 cts.

The Spl. Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P.
Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above while enclosing the minutes of the APLMA.,
has stated that the proposal was examined under the New Land Allotment Policy and
the same was placed before the A.P. Land Management Authority in its meeting held
on 01.03.2013 and the Committee has decided to reiterate early decision taken by
the Empowered Committee has recommended for alienation of Govt. land to an
extent of Ac. 498.93 cts. in Sy. No.93 of Jayantipuram (V), Jaggaiahpet (M),, Krishna
Dist., in favour of APIIC., Ltd., for establishment of Industrial Park on payment of
market value of Rs.1.00 lakh (Rupees one lakh only) per acre subject to the
conditions laid down under B.S.O. 24 and other usual conditions.

Government, after careful examination of the proposal hereby order for
alienation of Government land to an extent of Ac.498.93 cts. in Sy.No.93 of
Jayantipuram (V), Jaggaiahpet (M), Krishna Dist. in favour of APIIC for establishment
of Industrial Park on payment of market value @ Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh
only) per acre, per acre subject to the following conditions mentioned here under:1. Land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is allotted within
three years from the receipts of the orders of alienation and not for any
other purpose/activities.
2. The land allotted shall be allotted /transferred/leased out/sold
etc., to any third parties.
3. The alienee shall submit annual report before 31st March
on the progress of utilization of land to the District Collector.
4. The land will be resumed to Government in the event of failure
to comply with the terms and conditions of alienation.
