BTh/Diploma Sessions

Congratulations, Class of 2015!

On November 7, 120 Heralds of
Pentecostal Faith received their diplomas
in the WAAST International Chapel. The
Class of 2015 hailed from 16 nations. Nine
earned the Post-secondary Diploma in
Theology, 90 the Bachelor of Theology
degree, and 21 the Master of Arts in
Missiology. Class speakers Djandjati
Sanwogou (Togo) and Cephas Asigbetse
(Ghana) exhorted their classmates to be
faithful heralds, preaching right doctrine
with authority and humility. Rev. Greg Beggs, Africa Regional Director for Assemblies of
God World Missions-USA, encouraged all to move forward, like Joshua, to new places,
following the Ark (God's presence) and stepping out in obedience (cf. Jos 1-3).

Extension Center News

Students from 7 centers were part of the Class of 2015: Burkina Faso (4), Cameroon (9), Cte
d'Ivoire (1), Ghana (21), Kinshasa DR Congo (14), Madagascar (2), and Sierra Leone (6).
Rev. Chris Dzoagbe, from the Ghana center, and Rev. Felix Niba, director of the Cameroon
center, received the PhD degree from PAThS. For photos, see http://on.fb.me/1PmDxc0.
Cameroon: The knowledge gained in WAAST courses is not to be simply memorized, but
applied. A professor at this center reports that at the end of their Pneumatology course, the
students were given a practical assignment to preach on the fullness of the Holy Spirit. Here
are the results: 128 people saved/trusting Jesus as their Savior, 243 baptized in the Holy
Spirit, 465 refilled/refreshed in the Holy Spirit, 13 people instantly healed.
Gabon: The first session of this new center is slated to begin in January 2016.
