This legal opinion tries to answer your question as do prisoners have the right to work on
and start,work at job
The Related Law;
REPUBLIC ACT No. 10575 ,that The State to help increase show in a good way the general
welfare and safeguard the basic rights of every prisoner put in jail in our national prison. It
also recognizes the responsibility of the State to strengthen government ability aimed
towards the institutionalization of highly efficient and able to do something wellvery good
correctional services.
According in Section 4, The Orders of the Bureau of Corrections. - The BuCor will be in
charge of safekeeping and putting in to place reformation programs to national inmates
sentenced to more than three 3 years.
Safekeeping of inmates will include decent rule of quarters, food, water and clothing in
quality where all rules and orders are followed of established United Nations standards. The
security of the inmates will be donetried by the Custodial Force consisting of Corrections
Officers with a ranking system and money paid for working grades almost the same as its
almost the same person or thing in the BJMP. Reformation of National Inmates - The
reformation programs, which will be put into place by the BuCor for the inmates, will be the
following:
1 Moral and related to religion or the soul Program;
2 Education and Training Program;
3 Work and Job Program;
4 Sports and Recreation Program;
5 Health and Welfare Program; and
6 Behavior Change Program, to include Medically helpful Community.

The Law-based Intent Under the law;


The BuCor will be in charge of safekeeping and putting in to place reformation programs to

The BuCor director and deputy directors will serve a tour of duty not going beyond six years
from the date of appointment.
The BuCor, which operates with a directorial structure, will be responsible for the conduct of
classification of each and every inmate admitted to the BuCor.
Aside from those carried,held of the legal rules under Rule 8, Part I, Rules of General
Application of the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners
and that of the existing regulation of the BuCor on security classification in other words
highest possible value, medium and lowest possible security risk, inmates will also be
internally classified by the DRD and separated because of race, religion, etc. according to
crimes committed based on the related prison,punishment codes such as Crimes Against
People, Crimes Against Properties, Crimes Against never having sex, so on and so forth, as
well as by other related Special Laws, Custom and entering into a country Laws,"
The Corrections System is composed of the institutions in the government, a community of
people living well together and the business part area involved in the being locked inside or
forcibly kept inside somewhere , correction and rebuilding renewal of people charged for and
or convicted of irresponsible unpaid acts or crimes. The government-run services and their
workers plans sound policies and rules on corrections, penology and jail management,
healing repairing and rebuilding renewal. All prisons or sadness for siniaries, jails and
detention centres are under the direct control and supervision of the government. The
government, this way, plays a most in control role in the correction and healing repairing of
law-breakers.
The purpose of the inmate work program is to keep the inmates busy, and to provide them
money for their personal expenses and their families as well as help them get ,gain job skills,
in order that they may become productive people who will lawfully live in a community, once
they are released and blended-in back into the part of the regular majority of people of
community of people and all good people in the world.

1 Prison labour must not be of an affected with disease nature.
2 All prisoners under sentence will be needed,demanded to work, subject to their physical
and mental fitness as decided,figured out by the medical officer.
3 good enough work of a useful nature will be given to keep prisoners actively employed for
an usual, commonly and regular, healthy working day.
4 So far as possible the work gave,given will be such as will maintain or increase the
prisoners, ability to earn an honest living after release.
5 Job-related training in useful trades will be given food, shelter, etc. prisoners able to money
made,good thing received by that,in that way and especially for young prisoners.
6 Within the limits compatible with proper job-related selection and with the needed things of
institutional management and control over behavior, the prisoners will be able to choose the
type of work they wish to perform.

1 The organization and methods of work in the institutions will look like as closely as possible
those of almost the same work outside institutions, to prepare prisoners for the conditions of
usual, commonly and regular, healthy related to working on the job life.
2 The interests of the prisoners and of their job-related training, however, must not be put
into a lower position to the purpose of making a related to managing money money
made,good thing received from an industry in the institution.
According to The 1987 constitution ,Article 3 Section 19 paragraph 2, The employment of
physical, mental, or insulting,terrible punishment against any prisoner or person being held
somewhere or the use of low-quality or not enough prison,punishment facilities under
subhuman conditions will be dealt with by law.
I am confident that said understanding ,explanation does not violate any law otherwise would
be to sanction worthy of being laughed at due to extreme stupidity or silliness weirdness and
terribly unfair treatment. Where the understanding, explanation of a law according to its take
and literal import would lead to mischievous results or interfere with,go against the clear
purpose of the government, it should be understood,explained according to its spirit and
reason.
