Training to parents and mothers in humanized upbringing.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
East document tries to expose the following thing: (a) A
balance sheet of the available investigations that have
developed in the national territory between 1992 and 2015
brings over of the practices of upbringing and of some
proposals of intervention; (b) To indicate some theoretical
emptinesses that could use as point of item for the design of
lines of investigation in this subject matter; (c) To outline
some recommendations that are waited are useful to support
the parents in the task of producing and educating his children
in a country as Colombia in the current moments of his
history.
The patterns of upbringing are the result of the generational
transmission of ways of being careful and educating the
children and girls, defined culturally, (Escalln Gngora,
Carmen. Humanized upbringing. (Memorias 9 congreso de pedagoga y
desarrollo humano. Corporacin de desarrollo humano (COE) 2007.

Which are based on Procedure and rules. These rules are


particular expressions of the general law and are sustained in
systems of beliefs, which the base contributes for the
managing of the moral convictions, in his symbolic and ritual
regularity it shapes the imaginary one, which fulfills the
function to justify given conditions and to choose an order of
things, being transmitted from generation to generation.
His structure and the styles that it assumes to produce to the
sons and daughters are fundamental, because " the family is
an alliance of kinds and generations to transmit genes and
culture ". The bosses of upbringing are a key part of the
administration of the daily life inside a home, determine the
managing of the space, the communication, the rules, the
belongings, the prizes, the punishments, etc. For a long time
they were marked by the culture and they agreed with the

demographic,
economic
and
technological
trends,
nevertheless in the last decades they recipes appear, and
offers to produce children in the mass media and the
spreading of the psychology and the self-help in magazines,
as newspapers and familiar programs of the television.
The patterns of upbringing articulate on two aspects that in
turn which are articulated between yes: Control and
Acceptance.
With the control it refers to the need to establish guidelines,
Procedure, expectations and a conformity with the patterns
established on what must be the development of the child or
girl for every family or every community or culture. If these
patterns are those who occupy first place one will insist on the
laws, the discipline and therefore one will give an
authoritarian style of upbringing. The authoritarian patterns of
upbringing promote incisive actions, rigid not democratic
regulations, I despise for the word of other one, rigid rituals,
exercise of the power of the strongest, it establishes
expectations and it is required them, combines the action and
the word and because of it it takes the punishment and the
threat as a principal tool of the upbringing and education but
especially the physical punishment.
The second one, the acceptance takes the parents to the
expression of the affection, of the fondness, to a horizontal
communication, with regard to the rights of the children and
girls and to the recognition of the individual differences. They
give themselves a few styles of upbringing where the
protection, the fondness and the relativity of the expectations
allow the child or girl to grow in the middle of a few
harmonious, respectful relations of the human person but at
the same time with clear rules and with the acceptance of the
responsibilities on the part of all the members of the family, of
agreement to his age and conditions of development.
The expression of the feelings is allowed, and the negotiation
is facilitated, the reasoning is favored, and freeze the action in
