Uni-Coke Pvt. Ltd.is an initiative between Somani Group and Uhde Germany. It offers
design and engineering services to customer in coke making and steel industry.
Three months on job work in UHDE GmbH Dortmund, Germany from January 2012 to
April 2012.
Role
Detail Engineering of Coke Oven Plants battery Area.
Re-engineering/Modernization of Coke oven plant.
Preparing of General Assembly and Detail drawings based on the references provided by
Uhde, Germany.
Guiding the team, solving various problems during detail engineering, checking the
detail engineering.
Attainments

 Key Projects Handled are JFE Steel Kurashiki (Japan), Hyundai Steel (South Korea).

Tundish Car, Shroud manipulator, Roller Tables etc.
Preparing detail engineering, bill of material, etc; various technical documents like
specification, Quality control plan, Final test report, etc.
