TR521 TROMMEL SCREEN

Built to Perform.
The TR521 Tier 4i (Stage IIIB) trommel screen
by Wildcat is specifically designed for topsoil
with high moisture content, processing wet
material with consistent results. Screen
enhancements to the drum enable quicker and
simpler change out and tensioned screens
allow for increased overall open screen area.
The revamped TR521 with wireless remote
control offers intelligence to the machine for
operational setting control and enhances safety
by allowing the operator to monitor from a
loader cab or distant location. With its 110 hp
(82 kW) engine, 5 diameter (1.5 m) drum and
a 5 cu yd (3.8 m3) hopper, and the TR521 is
capable of producing up to 150 cu yd (114.7
m3) of consistent, quality material per hour.
The all new TR521 Tier 4i (Stage IIIB) trommel
screen was built to perform.
Production rates will vary with moisture content,

maintenance, operator experience, site preparation

among other factors.

1: Optional auxiliary hydraulic circuit. The

auxiliary hydraulic circuit offers the user an
opportunity to quickly and easily hook up
additional implements, including an air separator
and/or conveyors.

2: Engine package. Tier 4i (Stage III) Cummins

3.3L 110 (82 kW) engine. Specifically chosen to
meet the demands of your operation as well as
those set by governmental regulations the 110 hp
(82 kW) engine provides a 10 percent increase
in horsepower over the Tier 3 TR521 99 hp (73.8
kW) model.

3: Square lift bars. Square lift bars inside the

drum enables more material to be carried at
a slower drum speed helping decrease fuel
consumption.

4: Vermeer ACS control system. From the

remote or the Vermeer DP10 display mounted
on the control panel, the operator can choose
from four programmable presets or adjust-onthe-fly based on the incoming material. These
control systems offer the operator greater
flexibility when operating from the machine or
cab of the loader.

5: Quick change screens. Quicker and simpler

screen change out can increase run time, a
particularly important feature when processing a
range of materials that requires frequent change
out. The design also creates a smooth exterior
on the drum, reducing the amount of brush wear,
helping lower operating costs.

6: Drum service access. Access doors along

sides, entry from the end and catwalk from the
top of the machine provide superior drum service
access.

7: Wireless Remote Control Unit. Allows operator to view and change a variety of
settings during operation, while monitoring various engine parameters from inside
the loader cab or in a remote location.
