innovative sourcing techniques such as contacting moderators of Usenet groups and posting to
technical sites, conducting patent searches, author searches, blog searches, and utilizing internet
data mining techniques such as Boolean searching, Flip searching, Link searching, lurking,
specialized search engines/Web directories.
Developed and utilized stratagems on how to generate targeted leads from current Noogler
employees and other sources and gathered metrics on hires to better qualify best practices.
