Turned around struggling sales organization. Royal Prime was experiencing flat annual sales of only $300k.
Introduced new sales methodologies and increased sales to $2.7M. Increased dealer base to over 200 accounts
and became the company's #1 producer. Improved revenues and profit margins significantly.
Built strong demand for new product lines. Royal Prime decided to offer a new decorative glass option (SGO)
for their existing window lines. Created entirely new distribution channels for the product in the high end Kitchen
and Bath industries. Also cross-promoted products into the Architectural and Designer Glass markets. Implemented
a marketing plan, designed and introduced new literature and price info. Grew sales in existing window lines as an
product option, effectively increasing profit margins for the company and their dealers.
Led individual and group training seminars for new and existing customers. I have directed group sales
presentations for Interstate Building Materials, Royal Prime and other companies in a variety of settings, including
trade shows and business fairs. Especially effective with clients who had no previous product knowledge or sales
experience. Trained new sales reps in the field for Royal Prime as Senior VP of Sales.
Managed multi-state territories in the PA / NY / CT / NJ / MD / DE areas. Turned non-productive areas into
thriving ones through classic prospecting/hunting techniques. Proficient in “C” level B2B negotiations and closing
abilities.
