Special Instructions: 1. All questions are compulsory. 2. There are 28 questions in all. 3. Use of log tables is allowed whereas use of calculator is not permitted. 4. Answer should be in brief and to the points. 5. Question No. 1 to 5 are very short answer type questions carrying one mark each, question No.6 to 15 are short answer type questions carrying two marks each, question No. 16 to 25 are also short answer type questions carrying three marks each and questions 26 to 28 are long answer type questions carrying five marks each. 6. An internal choice has been provided in three questions of 2 marks, three questions of 3 marks and one question of 5 marks weightage.
