Institute functions as per directives issued by Government of Maharashtra. Recently on 23/12/2013, Government of
Maharashtra had issued G.R.No Baithak-2010/(170/10)/TE-2,that contains Governance Mechanism. The powers conferred
up on Board of Society and Board of Management is stated there in. The decisions are taken with consensus among the
members of BoS/BOM and with the consent of Government. In general, in all decisions, the directions from Government of
Maharashtra are followed. No other Institutions are run by the Society.
