1. Engine inlet condition limits for engine operation: Altitude: -1,000 to 41,000 ft.
2. Torque limit applies within a range of 1600 to 2000 propeller RPM, below 1600 RPM
torque is limited to 1100 ft-lbs: SHP= (prop rpm)(torque)(.00019)
3. Normal oil pressure is 90 to 135 psig as gas generator speeds above 72% and with a
normal oil temperature of 60 to 70˚C (140 to 158˚F). Oil pressure under 90 psig is
undesirable. Under emergency conditions, to complete a flight, a lower oil pressure limit
of 60 psig is permissible at reduced power setting of 1100 ft-lbs. torque. Oil pressure
below 60 psig is unsafe and require that either effective engine be shut down or land as
soon as practical using minimum power required to sustain flight.
4. This value is limited to 5 seconds.
5. This value is limited to 20 seconds.
6. Applies to speed range of 54 to 61% NG.
7. 100% gas generator speed corresponds to 37,468 rpm.
8. The temperatures shown are the maximum ITT’s permissible under certification
limitations. However, lower temperatures (785˚C for takeoff maximum continuous climb
and maximum cruise) will produce rated horse power (ISA) when engine is new and result
in longer engine life.
9. May be used in emergency conditions to complete the flight.
10. Oil temperature above 104˚C or below 20˚C must only be tolerated in accordance with the
procedure contained in Aircraft Flight Manual.
