Linda Boland Abraham, Co-Founder, comScore, Inc.

Linda Boland Abraham is a founding member of comScores


executive team and helped guide the companys growth since its
inception in 1999 to its current position as a global leader in
digital measurement and analytics. Ms. Abraham has held
leadership roles in sales, client service, product management;
most recently, served as CMO. comScore went public in 2007
(NASDAQ:SCOR) and today has a global footprint of 32 offices
across 23 countries, with over 1,200 employees and 2500
customers worldwide.

Prior to comScore, Ms. Abraham co-founded Paragren


Technologies, Inc., which was sold in 1997, resulting in a 5X
return to investors. (Paragren is currently owned by Siebel
Systems.) Prior to that, she was an eight-year veteran
Information Resources, Inc., where as a Senior Vice President, she ran a commercial unit that
developed, sold and delivered high-end analytics products to CPG companies, which as Kraft, Kellogg
Campbells and LOreal.. Ms. Abraham began her career at Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, where she
worked on the Crest brand management team.
Currently Ms. Abraham is an advisor to comScore as well as an angel investor, supporting
entrepreneurship for more than a dozen early stage companies. She sits on the boards or advisory
boards of several, including Sharableee, Gravy and APX Labs. She Chairs the Global Advisory Council
for Social Media for the World Economic Forum (WEF), and is a member of the Selection Committee
for the Technology Pioneers at the WEF. She has been named a Great Mind by the Advertising
Research Foundation, and received an award the publication of Changing the Way the World Sees
Digital Media, which was named Best Paper of the Year by the Journal of Marketing Research. She is
a frequent industry speaker, and appears in the media in such outlets as CNBC, The CBS Evening
News and NPR, speaking on a broad range of digital topics and trends.

She holds a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University, and resides with her
family in Great Falls, VA.

1999 - 2005: Led key commercial efforts in a variety of industries, including media, auto, travel, consumer packaged
goods, shipping and advertising agencies. Pioneered some of comScore's earliest products, and was part of the
team that raised venture capital (comScore had 5 rounds of financing for a total of $87MM before going public on
2007.) Established early human capital infrastructure and practices, including personnel policies, hiring practices,
benefits selection performance reviews and corporate communication.
2005 - 2009: Established comScore's first product management organization, including determining a vision for what
that role should encompass, hiring a team, and working closely with technical development teams to build out the
function. Introduced approximately 15 new products during this time, and took comScore public in 2007.
2009 - June, 2013: CMO, responsible for both product and corporate communication globally, across 32 offices in 23
countries, and for establishing and growing the comScore brand around the world. Spoke at many industry conferences
throughout the US and internationally, and led major shareholder communication efforts such as investor days. Led key
partnership and business development efforts, and played a leadership role in most of comScore's major acquisitions.
Led the acquisition process from beginning to end in several cases, including company evaluation and selection,
negotiation, due diligence, and ultimately the integration of the people, products, brands and cultures post-acquisition.
Established comScore as the 'gold standard' in buying and selling of online advertising, and a leading trusted source of

digital trends in the media. (comScore currently receives over 250 press mentions per day across the world,
approximately a 72% share of mentions on digital topics.)
June, 2013: Moved into an advisory/board observer role. Continue to be an active member of the executive committee
and involved in strategic decisions, such as product strategy, market expansion, and overall company direction, but in
an advisory capacity rather than as an active manager.

Played a leadership role in establishing, growing and ultimately selling this technology company, which specialized in
delivering large scale Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) systems for strategic and target marketing.
Responsibilities included sales, service, human capital administration. Sold the company in 1998 to APAC customer
services, delivering a 5x return to investors. (Company was ultimately bought by Siebel Systems and its products
were integrated with Siebel's Marketing Suite.)

Ran a national commercial unit that developed, sold and delivered high-end analytics products to a broad array of
