Role Play
Its Monday morning. You are back from your week-end and have to settle

2. The holiday planning is lagging behind; there are too many employees
who still have unused vacation days which they must take this year.
3. An inventory of the scanners must be performed (control of all articles
returned and in stock, verification of serial numbers, etc.)
4. The train has arrived 2 hours late, which has caused truck arrivals to be
delayed by 70 minutes this morning.
5. The hangar is dirty and you must organize a meeting with the cleaning
service company.
6. An important customer complains about frequent delivery delays and
the quality of commercial services. He wants an action plan to be set up
in order to deal with this problem.
7. Your monthly staff report must be handed out to the Chief HR Officer
today before 1 p.m.
8. One of the main delivery routes will be completely closed to traffic
from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., due to the passage of a regional bicycle race.
