STEPS FOR DOWNLOADING

DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE

Important Points

Ensure Computer System should be virus free.

Install Antivirus Software.
Install IE 7 or above. (Do Not use other browser)
Download Gemelto Driver from (n) Code Solutions from following link https://www.ncodesolutions.com/drivers/Gemalto/scsed_setup_1.3.004.exe
Ensure Internet Connection and power supply is ok.
Ensure Existing Token initialized and blank.

How to Initialize Existing token to blank

Uninstall old Gemalto software from computer and restart the computer
Install Gemalto software. (As mentioned above)
Insert Token in USB Port.
View content of DSC.
Delete any Old Digital Signature found if any uing Gemalto software.
Now there is an option to Download CA Certs and other buttons are disable
Now click on the Download CA Certs and wait.

It will display two files in your token.

Now token is ready for downloading DSC from (n) Code Solution.
Note : Few Antivirus software does not allow Gemalto Token to run, in such case disable antivirus
software during downloading process or add it to exception of Antivirus.

STEPS FOR DOWNLOADING DIGITAL CERTIFICATE

Note: Recommended Operating System is Windows XP SP3 or above and browser IE 7.0 or above
Please configure your browser settings as under before downloading your certificate:
Open IE go to Internet Options Check Menu Bar is active or not if not active, kindly activate menu bar.
How to Active Menu Bar ?. Move your cursor to Top Task bar and right click it will show you a menu see
Menu bar click on that now your Menu Bar is active and Tools options will be appear on IE.

Setup tools bar

Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Security > Click Trusted Sites

Click Sites & add: https://*.ncodesolutions.com under Trusted Sites list & click ok

Click Custom Level and Enable all options for ActiveX Controls & Plug-ins and

Click OK , and below Warning will come, and click yes

Click OK, save settings, close & restart Internet Explorer to download your certificate

Now go to Tools Click on that it will show you a drop menu

Move to your mouse pointer to selected Compatibility View Setting

After Click Add Button it will show you above changes (Right Picture)
Up to Browser setup near completion but few steps ahead
Download folder named: CA Certificate attached to this file which contains following files
01 - CCA India 2014
02 - (n)Code Solutions CA 2014
03 - (n)Code Solutions
Right click on the above file one by one and click on Install Certificate (As below)

 Copy the Reference Number and Authorization Code paste it at desired place.(Ensure there is
no leading blank)
CSP type : RSA Full
CSP : Microsoft Base Smart Card Crypto Provider (For gemalto token Only)
(Note CSP depends upon the type of e token used)

Now click Submit Request

Wait for a second it will popup one more window asking PIN No type 0000 and click ok

Now new popup windows opens > Press Yes

The signature will be downloaded to token and following message will show.
It will display Successful message as follows.

Encryption DSC Only

Now Certificate Import wizard opens as below

Click on Next

Select Place all certificates in the following store

Select Browse button and then Select Trusted Root Certificate

Authorities and press OK

Security Warning Message shows and click on YES

Select Finish

Click Ok

Note : The above procedure has to be followed for all three certificates mentioned above.

How to store Signature either 1st or 2nd Signatory no issue

Now check email mentioned in the application file.

Remember if your application already processed by (n)Code solution three email will be available in your
inbox1.(n)Code E-Mail confirmation request.

You will find two e-mail form (n) Code RA - ra@ncodesolutions.com one For Signing and other for
Encryption
Open one ra file you will find
Name of the applicant

Authorization Code
As follows :

Scroll the e-mail below one hyper link is available click on the url and wait for a second

then click on Yes

It will display one form having few inputs as follows (Yellow Page)

It will display one form having few inputs as follows (Green Page)

Copy the Reference Number and Authorization Code paste it at desired place.(Ensure there is

you have to change CSP from Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Service Provider v1.0
to :Microsoft based Smart Card Crypto Provider.
Now click Submit Request
Wait for a second it will popup one more window, it may ask PIN No type 0000 and click
ok

Now new popup windows opens > Press Yes

The signature will be downloaded to token and following message will show.
It will display Successful message as follows.

Now it is over.
Your token is ready for MNREGA site use.

Troubleshoot
During the above process if your internet connectivity failed or some problem occurred it
will display a red message to contact Administrator.

In such case you have to fillup one application form attached to this presentation (DSC
Replacement Form) in PDF file itself. One file for one applicant, and send it at
orissaservunity@yahoo.co.in, for regeneration of Signature after due approval of nCode
(Within 5 days of download). Beyond 5 days fresh application form is to be submitted.
DSC once downloaded can not be downloaded second time.

How to enroll in MNREGA site

Now how to register in MNREGA site. It is already communicated by P.R.Department
Fill up Application prescribed by P.R.Department to delete from MNREGA site. It
is the work of your district level DRDA MNREGA Cell.
Once the 1st or 2nd signatory deleted you are just enroll in you proper link.
It will enroll in MNREGA site and ready to generate FTO.
