Overview
Total Quality Management (TQM) is a combination of quality and management tools aimed at increasing
business and reducing losses due to wasteful practices. An important part of TQM is its philosophy toward
continually improving your business and products.
The TQM diploma, accredited by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities in 2000, the diploma offers
participants a unique opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of TQM. It introduces them to the modern
tools and techniques necessary for establishing quality systems that satisfy the requirements of international
standards and the objectives of their organizations.
The Diploma is accredited by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities, which is the authoritative
approval body for higher education in Egypt.

Admission Requirements
An original university bachelor's degree with a minimum overall grade
"Good" or GPA 2.3 (B). Graduates with grade "Pass" have to provide
two years of work professional experience or being holder of a master
degree
Applicants should pass the English Written Proficiency Test (EWPT)
or equivalents
AUC graduates/MC Alumni are exempted from the English written
proficiency test
Duration
It is a three-semester diploma. Each semester is twelve weeks long
and covers two courses. Classes meet once a week (Saturdays),
from 09:00 am to 2:30 pm.
The allowed duration for the diploma is from one to three years
Certification
The (diploma / certificate) will be granted to participants who successfully
complete a minimum grade of 70 percent and attendance of 80 percent
in each course.
