Why I chose a career as a professional Mechanical Engineer in my life?

This is because the mechanical engineers play an important role in terms of

aspects related to the moral principles of engineering professional ethics and
ethical problems in management and engineering knowledge is a complex to
implement and consequently may persist, there is a large selection of mixed
solutions, specific incidents and personal involvement. Realizing the
responsibility to develop nationalism and society. They show how an engineer
thinking critically and creatively to ensure the safety and welfare of the
people and property.
In accordance associated with the true sense of Professional Ethics which
means evaluating the moral principles of a group designed to regulate their
performance in carry out a task or the use of existing resources and adhere to
the rules of professional principles and values when making decisions to act
in accordance with ethical determined.
Then, Mechanical scope is a largest category in career, a category that
involves the construction of buildings, roads, bridges plant, automotive,
aerospace, automation, shipping, oil and gas. As I looked into engineering, I
decided that I liked many of the characteristics involved with mechanical
engineering. Although I knew the education would be difficult, I was
determined that engineering is the career that I wanted to practice. So I
asked myself what is mechanical engineering? This career cannot be defined
with a single definition from me but there are many barriers that a
Professional Mechanical Engineer must overcome and it covers an
immeasurable area of responsibilities.
Engineers design, plan, construct, and operate projects that meet basic
human satisfaction. Mechanical Engineers solve real world problems with the
combination of applying mathematics, natural sciences, and common sense.
Before deciding to pursue a career in engineering, I had a change of mind on
many occasions my first major was industrial engineering then I decided that
I was right for mechanical engineering.
Also, value of creation towards becoming a mechanical engineer may consist
like:
1. Effect from Family - as a child I modeled the behavior of my father who
often own repair mechanical equipment. I tend to adapt the related theory.
2. The influence of friends - my tendency is also much influenced by my
friends who worked as a mechanical engineer and in related fields.
3. Experience life and career - I'm more work in the field of mechanical
engineering and the knowledge of my everyday life also knows about
mechanical engineering.

4. Personal values and moral principles I - emphasizes the success of dub and
financial factors that act to perfection in life.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER TASK AND DUTY

1. In general
Normally when we are talking about Mechanical Engineer in general, off course we
must say include for first is related with prior starting operation or some of project
work. According to that, engineer who is one of person in charge or generated
process work flow as per about read and interpret blueprints drawing, technical
drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Also, confer with engineers
and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system
malfunctions, and provide technical information. Secondly, Engineer must do
something likewise research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications,
manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance
requirements of designs or applications. Specify system components or direct
modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and
performance specifications. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and
maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet
requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles. After that, for more
effective and detail in research progress engineer can do it investigation equipment
failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations
to maintenance crew.
During design stage, engineer necessary to assist drafters in developing the
structural design of products, using drafting tools or computer-assisted
design/drafting equipment and software. Then engineer need to provide feedback to
design engineers on customer problems and needs for any improvement. In
operation process, engineer need oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and
repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning
according to specifications.

Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and
performance of equipment, components and systems. Recommend design
modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Develop and test
models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, operating
condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification. Develop,
coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of

manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs. Estimate

costs and submit bids for engineering, construction, or extraction projects, and
prepare contract documents. Perform personnel functions, such as supervision of
production workers, technicians, technologists and other engineers, and design of
evaluation programs. Solicit new business and provide technical customer service.
Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule,
and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the
prescribed condition. Study industrial processes to determine where and how
application of equipment can be made. Write performance requirements for product
development or engineering projects. Apply engineering principles and practices to
emerging fields, such as robotics, waste management, and biomedical engineering.
Design test control apparatus and equipment and develop procedures for testing
products.
