Training Program Overview / Purpose

In order to achieve success in hiring top quality talent with skills and competencies matching to the unique requirements of
each position in the organization, there is a need to shift the interviewing approach from a classical resume review and
chronological discussion on experience history to a Competency Based Interviews involving the process of understanding
and developing job specific competencies matrix and techniques of identifying them in potential candidates.
This program also focuses on defining the required skill sets for evaluating candidates, pre-interview preparation, developing
questions, and their value, and interview techniques that solicit specific, behavior-based pattern of past performance.
Participants will be exposed to various categories of interviews including exploring, questioning, paraphrasing,
summarizing, encouraging, and influencing.
