Re: Announcement of Planned Action
Dear Ms. Lay:
We are writing to give you notice that there will be a mass layoff at Pointrolf, Inc. located at 3200
Horizon Drive, Suite 120, Upper Merion (King of Prussia), Pennsylvania on January 11, 2016, This
‘mass layoff is expected to be permanent.
All affected employees were notified of their separation dates on November 13, 2016 and that their
separation from employment will be permanent. Those employees are expected to be separated from
employment beginning on January 11, 2016, with all separations accomplished by June 30, 2016. The
total number of affected employees is expected to be 93. The Company has on file and readily accessible
the anticipated schedule for job losses, as well as the job ttle of positions to be affected and the number
of employees for each classification.
There
Il not be any bumping rights for the affected employees.
