MalaysianNationalCyclingFederation(MNCF).
MNCFsfirsttwoyearsinchargesawthenationalbodybalancebetweenfundsfortherunningoftheraceandthesettlementofa
hugelistofcreditorsowedpaymentsfromthe2005and2006editions,whichwhensettledsawthesportsministrytakingfull
chargeoftheorganisationoftheracein2010.
Overthepastthreeyears,theracebegantoberebuiltagain,withthisyearseditionmovingupastepwiththeattractionofwhat
istoutedasthestrongestfieldevertofeatureintheracewithfiveUCIProTeamstakingcentrestage.
