Instructions for Use
You must use rated voltage for this equipment to prevent fire.
Do not use the equipment except skilled persons.
Note the followings for the installation of the equipment.
-Install it at dry area.
-Install it at the place unaffected by atmospheric pressure, temperature, humidity, sunlight,
dust, salt or air containing ion.
-Keep it to be stabilized against slope, vibration and impact.
-Do not install at the place where chemicals are stored or gases are generated.
-Be careful about power connecting voltage (V) and allowable current (A).
-Connect the grounding correctly.
-Do not turn on the power when working except necessary occasions for assembling or
A/S.

Check of Line Blockage
- Check if there is blockage in handpiece tubing, coupling, handpiece and master block.
- After disassembling master block, check if packing is sticking together with the body.

2) When handpiece is lifted, water runs or leaks.
Check Items
Check if water pressure is too high(2.0) or COMP pressure is too low(4.0Kg/).
Foot Controller Check
- If chair doesnt move when you move manual lever in foot controller, micro switch may be
pressed down, which causes the problem. (Check if the micro switch is being pressed
down)

4) Power of handpiece is weak.
Check Items
Foot Controller Check
- Check if there is an obstructor in pedal or air hose is being pressed down.

Pressure Gauge Check of Table


- Check if pressure of pressure gauge with maximum pressing of foot controller after lifting
handpiece is 2.8/. If pressure is low, adjust it by turning air control valve of master
block.
- When you turn the valve of master block to counterclockwise using a flat-head
screwdriver, air volume increases, and when you turn it to clockwise, air volume
decreases.

Handpiece Exhaust Line Check
- Open table cover and check if handpiece exhaust line is bent.

Handpiece Condition Check


- Operate handpiece with bar inserted and if it is encumbered or there is big noise, you
need to consider replacement of cartridge.

5) Low handpiece power is weak or noise occurs.
Check Items
Foot Controller Check
- Check if there is an obstructor in pedal.
Normal/Reverse Control Valve Check
- Check if normal/reverse control valve in handpiece is located in F or R.
(If it is located in the center, it doesnt operate.)
- Check of normal/reverse button in control panel. (In case of electric motor-Refer to Pic.1)
Pressure Gauge Check of Table
- Check if pressure of pressure gauge with maximum pressing of foot controller after lifting
handpiece is 2.8/. If pressure is low, adjust it by turning air control valve of master
block. (Refer to Pic. 10) (LOW H.P pressure can be increased to 3.5kg/.)

6) Handpiece fiber optic doesnt turn on.

Table Control Panel Check (Refer to Pic. 1)
- Check if fiber optic lamp is turned on and off.
Cable Check
- Check if there is disconnection in wiring of fiber optic.
Lamp Check
- Check if lamp is disconnected.
Check if pedal limit switch is disconnected.
Check if there is a problem in table PCB relay.

7) Handpiece fiber optic doesnt turn off.

Table Control Panel Check (Refer to Pic. 1)
- Check if fiber optic lamp is turned on and off.
Input/output power Check of Table PCB (Refer to Pic. 5)
- Check if fiber optic PCB power is OK (Using tester)
- Check of fiber optic power output in Pic.6 (Using tester)

Scaler
1) Scaler doesnt work.
Check Items
Foot Controller Check (Refer to Pic. 4)
- Check if micro switch in foot controller is disconnected and it is OK.

Table Switch Line Check (Scaler Power)


- Check if scaler connector switch lines of Table PCB are sticking together when foot
controller is operated. (Measure the register with connector removed)

Scaler Power Check

Table Handpiece Holder Check (Refer to Pic. 9)


- Check if handpiece touch bar is being pressed down.

Check if there is disconnection in tubing wiring.


- Check if it is disconnected using the tester.
- If red light flickers in scaler PCB when scaler is operated, it indicates that line is
disconnected or handpiece has bad connection.

2) Scaler vibration is weak.

3) Water supply does not run from scaler.

- Check WET/DRY state. (If DRY light is on, water does not run from scaler)

- Check if water valve is opened. (It opens by turning it counterclockwise.)

- Check if handpiece or tubing is blocked.

3-Way Syringe
1) Water supply does not run from 3-Way Syringe.
Check Items

- Check if there is foreign substance inside Tip

Junction Check (Refer to Pic. 1)


- Check if tubing is bent.
- Check if water or air valve is closed.

2) 3-Way Syringe air or water leaks.

- Check wear condition of O ring.

Custom LCD
1) Characters of custom LCD panel are broken and illegible.
Check Items
Power Check
- Check if power cord is properly connected.
- Check I/O (In/Out) state of main switch.
- Check if main fuse is disconnected.
Power PCB Check
- Check if fuse of power PCB has blown out.
- If power PCB LED light is on but power is not turned on even with the pressing of power
switch of table control panel, you need to replace control pane.
Custom LCD Wiring Check
- Check if connection line of custom LCD is disconnected.

2-2. Balance Arm

1) Table balance arm sags.
Check Items
Fasten tension adjusting stud bolt.

Take table position and fasten gas spring stopper screw.

Chair Balance Bolt Check (6pcs adjustment)

Maintain level by adjusting balance bolt on


the bottom of chair.

Fasten the fixing bolt in main post and large arm.


(Fasten it using L wrench.) (Refer to Pic.14)

Chair Operation & Malfunction
1) Chair does not work.
Check Items
Check if power is turned on.
- Check if main switch is at ON.
- Check power PCB fuse.

Foot Controller Check


- Check if fixing bolt of micro switch is fastened. (Refer to Pic.8)

Memory Resetting
- Resetting of backrest, top and lowest point of chair (If memory was erased, replace CPU)

- Check if mains voltage input is made to the motor when manual operating switch of table
control panel is pressed.

2) Chair Malfunction & Memory Problem

Cable of Assistant Table Check
- After separating cables of assistant table, test it.
- Check cable wiring.

Foot Controller Check


- Check if there is disconnection in wiring.

PCB Connector Check


- Check cables and connectors for defects.

Check PCB and Table Control Panel for defects.

Variable Resistor Check


- Check if there is damage or loosening of backrest and upper and lower variable resistors

Spark Killer Check


- Check if spark killer is installed in Power PCB. (If not, replace PCB)

Chair Noise & Speed


1) Noise occurs while operating the chair.

Seat Contact Area Check
- Check if noise occurs due to the friction between seat and backrest during descending or
ascending of backrest. (Seat defect)
