Assembling a team
We soon realized that our individual qualities werent enough for us to succeed. Communication,
interpersonal collaboration was also necessary. Our goal was to focus all individual efforts towards the
well-being of the team. We realized that each one of us had remarkable abilities in certain areas of work.
Thus, we divided our attributions and responsibilities accordingly into President, Finance Director,
Production Director, Marketing Director and HR Director.

Market research
However, the final product came into shape only after a research study made on 150 people, the
majority of them teachers, but also employees from different companies. The survey was conducted by all
company members. It was essential that we gathered information from all sorts of people. Because of the
fact that nowadays computers are so wide spread, each individual user becomes a possible customer.
After research concluded that the majority of the interviewed persons desire a multifunctional product
with an attractive design . The results were exactly what we expected. Many of the interviewees were in
full agreement with us.

We are using several ways to sell our product which
include: from our website, you can buy the software online
and pay by Google checkout, from our headquarters you can
get The Wise Organizer memory stick or you can order it by
email and we will send it by postal courier. The product is
also available on online markets such as www.okazi.ro. Our
product is available to everybody corresponding to their
needs.

Marketing strategies
Our main promoting strategy relies on a small price (14.99/memory stick; 9.99/software online/ or
software + CD) but with big production and sales rate.
We wanted to increase the popularity of the product on the Internet, on specialized sites
(www.toptenreviews.com) or by the distribution to certain key persons from different companies or
educational institutions. On the other hand, the attraction of clients by each of our companys members
was also encouraged.
Subscribing on Enterprise Without Borders site ensured a growth of sales from foreign countries.
We established partnerships with companies outside our country assuring a gateway to foreign markets.
Because of the English language integrated display, the commercialization in foreign countries did not
represent a problem.
Because today the Internet has spread in almost all the world it is imperative for any company to
focus on this advertising segment. Publicity on the Internet its cheap and efficient. Publishing positive
feedbacks on specialized sites, publishing banners, and video commercials are several ways of internet
promotion. We are aware that each internet user is a potential buyer.
Therefore, we decided to launch a website (www.wiseenterprise.net) and we have uploaded more
resources. Our site has now two official languages: Romanian, English and we are planning to add even
more in order to expand our market share in Europe. Moreover, our video and audio commercials are on
the site, as well as a tutorial, explaining every feature of the program.
However, we didnt forget to hand out flyers and to print posters. During the past few months this
methods have proven to be very effective, because thus we can promote our product to people who are
not interested in surfing the web.
Good communication skills are also required, so thats why we kept in touch with our past or future
customers through e-mail and through our site, with the feedback section.
Sales
In the matter of sales we have been very productive. Weve managed to sell 99 applications, 25 of
which were with stick included, 25 of them were online and 39 were on CD. As expected, sales have
increased after launching our marketing campaign. As the online market is growing, IT sector also
having an important impact in the economy we expect a stable growth of our product sales.
Social responsibility
Although every company's main propose is profit, we must not neglect the issue of business
ethics. Therefore, we should seriously consider our role of company that invests in education.
Our company regards in our social responsible policy education, charity and social protection. Social
responsibility policy proves to be important both in terms of minimum standards of product
development, so as not to harm employees and consumers, and in terms of mentality and attitude of
others to our products, and also to our work in general. Firstly our social responsibility activities will
focus on maintaining and enhancing product quality so that it is not harmful or pollute. Secondly, we will
distributive along with our product (on the memory stick or on the CD) the official forms for donating
2% from the employees taxes to UNICEF Romania, Red Cross Romania, Greenpeace Romania and other
charity organizations.
As foreseen, our company will have a significant impact on the Romanian educational system. Our
product will significantly improve the way teachers organize their lessons (providing them a modern
electronic media as in most European countries) and also the way they will assess pupils (the possibility
of tracking the student's performance over time). Also, we support these projects through our website,
with direct links to all our beneficiaries and an account number where donations can be given in order to
support our common cause.
We hope that by extending the scope of work in all areas of Romania we will contribute over time in
developing a modern and efficient system of education and we will give Romanian children equal
opportunities of education.
Financial analysis
Releasing shares
Due to the fact that an initial investment required the sum of approximately 250 , we have decided to
release 90 shares at the values of 3. This initial investment will cover the 225 required to buy the memory
sticks, plus other expenses (salary expenses and marketing expenses). Since starting selling, we reinvested
the money in buying CDs and other promotional materials. The detailed balance sheet is as follows :

Liquidation Report
At the end of our first semester of activity we have decided to award each shareholder a
dividend of 33 %, as promised at the beginning of our activity. Having in total 90 shares and the price
of a share being 3 , it equivalents to 346 paid back to the shareholders. However, 75 of all shares
are the property of our company members. So the 1049,16 346 = 703,16 remaining we are going to
reinvest in our company. Lets notice that it is more than enough to continue to cover our future
expenses.
