1. Managing sales for Mumbai and Goa area by mentoring and supervising team of 8 PS/DMs/
Marketing Manager via demand generation thru appropriate inputs and strategies.
2. Major Customers interacted -ORTHOPEDIC SURGEONS, CARDIOLOGIST, PHYSICIANS,
INTENSIVIST, SURGEONS, NUCLEAR MEDICINE and RADIOLOGIST.
3. Sales and inventory management at regional level.
4. KEY account management at tertiary care hospitals - working with 360 degree approach.
5. Timely Recognition & Exchanging Feedback with team members.
6. Supervising and Managing a team of SALES -TM, DM AND PS / MARKETING - BDM.
7. Member of Input and Brand strategy team gives valuable input to marketing team for strategizing.
8. Sales forecasting, budgeting and Conducting area Meeting on a weekly and fortnight basis.
9. Initial training, induction and development to new joinees.
10. Management of TLs, Generate New Volume Business- Institutional selling, and achieving profitability
and increased Sales Growth.
11. Organizing regional conferences for key customer's engagement.
12. Responsible for Govt. (BMC, DMER-Mah. Govt., ARMY) as well as Private accounts sales.
13. Best scientific and Business acumen - to deal with very high profile Customers.
14. Taking various sessions during Quarterly meeting, such as Marketing Presentation, detailing contest,
Quiz etc.
