User Guide for Examination Management System for Evaluation

As envisaged by the University on Web-Enabled Examination System, you are requested to kindly go
through the user guide which will help you understand the evaluation process on the new software.

Min System Requirement


Operating System:
Windows 7 /8 /8.1 /10, Mac OS X 10.10+
Browser: IE8 + (8 and above), Firefox 12+ (Windows and Mac OS X), Safari 8+ (Mac OS X)
Memory: 1GB (2GB and above is highly recommended on windows 7+)
Internet Connection Speed: Recommended 1 Mbps and Above

How to Login to the evaluation system

Open your Microsoft Internet Explorer


Copy the link (URL) given below and paste it in the Microsoft Internet explorer
https://assessor2.tracmarks.com

It will ask you to install Microsoft Silverlight. Click on Install Microsoft Silverlight button.
Note: This will be prompted for the first time when you login into the system.

Refresh the page after installing Microsoft Silverlight for Login Page.

You have any option to login from here or Install Non-Browser Version as shown in below
screenshot.
Note: We recommend you to install the Non-Browser version, which will create an icon on your
desktop. For subsequent log-ins, you can click on icon and go directly to login screen.

Click to install NonBrowser Version.

Click on Install button.


The following Icon appears on your desktop.

Double click on Non-Browser version Enter User name and password and click on Log in.

Please enter User name and password as provided in your email


Note: Please note that the user name & password are case sensitive and the same user name
provided in the table above should be used.
Use Ctrl C & Ctrl V for the copying and pasting the ID password to the browser.
Note: Both the Non-Browser Version as well as the URL login method are the same. We
recommend you to use the Non-Browser Version as it is fast and saves the effort of re-pasting
the URL again.

Progress:
Should be 100 %
i.e. all the answers in the marking panel marks are given.

Caution Notes
1. Make sure the correct question is selected in the Marking Panel while providing the marking
annotation.
2. If the student had not attempted all/any question enter NR (No response) in the marks panel.
3. Assign 0 marks only if the attempted answer is completely incorrect.
4. Kindly review all the awarded marks in the Marking Panel before submitting the script.
5. Note the Annotated sign will show glow indicator with the question number where marking is
done
6. Annotated sign can be removed by right click on the annotated mark.
7. Raise an Exception : If the answer script does not corresponds to the QIG raise and an exception
do not submit the answer script

Right Click on the green panel and submit the answer script
Answer script can be submitted when it is 100% and green tick is shown
Once the paper is submitted the paper will move to closed item
Ensure to go back to OPEN ITEMS
And now click: Get new response, to start marking next answer script

Marking Activity Important guidelines

Minimum of one annotation is necessary on each page (even if it is a blank page)


After completing the marking of the answer script close the marking window and return to main
window.
Once a script is evaluated the progress appears as 100% and a Green Circle would be
highlighted, this indicates that the script is ready for final submission. If an annotation is missed
even on a single page the Green Circle would not be highlighted.
Right click on the Green Circle to submit the script.
The script is submitted with the Final Score.
