that is spread out on the internet. One of the most
dangerous thing is myth about eating for being
healthy that you think is correct but in the reality are
plain wrong. If you dont want to get hurt and risk your
life tremendously from that, lets check-list
each bullet to protect yourselves!

H ate all Fat

Fat have two kinds. First is good fat such as


avocado and salmon. It will protect you from
diseases. The second kind is bad fat such as
the one you find in hamburger and French
fries. Please dont hate all of fat, its all not
bad.

Eating vitamin tablets

Reduce Cabohydrate and Sugar

In fact, these two things have a good quality


of nutrient but most people always eat flour.
thats is the reason you are always fat. So you
should eat good carbohydrate for health such
as brown rice and whole wheat.
Remember eat in an appropriate volume.

Supplementary food is not as good as real


food that is composed of full nutrient, If you
eat enough 5 kinds of food, you will get a
good health for sure!

Make Fresh with sweet drinks

People always think that vitamin in beverage

eating make you weaker and cause a yo-yo effect, the
upswing of loss weight after wrong weight loss. You may
return to your original weight but that is worse for body from
the inside because of the lack of fat which is actually
needed by the body.

What do you think the word "Good Health" mean?


: It means you have a perfect body with a good mind.
Does being thin means being healthy?
: This doesn't mean healthy. Many my patients are thin but they
have problems with fat in blood vessel.
What are some of the major causes that make people sick?
: New life style. New generation have to socialize, eat fast food,
drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes and pay attention to social media
more than taking a rest. That's the reason people are always sick
easily.

If we can't get a lot of sleep, eat clean food or time to


exercise. Can we still find ways to be healthy?
: In fact, to be healthy you should have a lot of sleep, exercise
and eat nutrition food. Nothing can replace those. But if you
cant do these three things, you should avoid alcohol and
cigarette. They destroys health.
In an attempt to be healthy, which one, among food, rest and
exercise, is the most important?
: They all should be having the same weight. The more
important thing is how frequency do you do it.

It's a good thing that people come back


to taking care of their health,

What is the health misunderstanding that you always hear
as a doctor?
: Take vitamin tablets, drink birs's nest when you get sick.
You must not eat eggs because it will give you a permanent
scar. Do not eat guava seed because it will make you have
appendix inflammation.
What is clean food and what is not?
: Clean food is food which doesnt pass through any
process like fresh vegetable, fresh fruit and baked meat.
Unclean food is food that passed through many processes
such as food with preservative, snack or canned food.
If we dont eat clean food, will we have other ways to be
healthy?
: To be healthy is not only eating clean food. If you can eat
among the five nutrients, fresh and clean without any fried
food or soft drink etc. Thats enough.

Is canned food okay?


: If you have a choice, fresh food is better. But if you can not
avoid, you should know how to safety buy canned food. Dont eat
a lot of canned food.
Between Biking and running, What are the risks and the benefits
of these two exercises?
: Biking and running have similar advantage. Its like aerobic
exercise. It helps strengthen your hearts. The disadvantage of
biking is the way or roads are not always safe. And the disadvantage of running is you can get pain at the knees.
Some final words from me as a doctor about health?
: I think health is related to body balance. If you do it too much,
the result may not be good. Exercise and take time to sleep is
also. Try to balance you will get a good health.

Why do you do that ?
Firstly, I do this because my friend invite me to go. And I think this would be a good thing.
So I have to do as always. It makes me strong. My friend ride with me, Thats very fun.
Why do you drive a bicycle a lot ?
It helps me thin. I love to do this because it comforts with me more than running.

Does it give you any help benefit ?


It makes my health better than before.
Do you think is it help your brain work better ?
Yepp. I have many idea for working. I feel fresh.

Nope. I balance to do it. If I feel tired I will stop.
What the different do you feel before and after riding a bike ?
Before I easily feel tired but after I feel strong and my muscle leg is very big. So I can ride a bike very fast more than the past.
