1. You will be paid a salary of Rs.

2. Your appointment and service continuity with the BHITAI PUBLIC
SCHOOL KHIPRO shall be governed by the rules and regulations of
BHITAI PUBLIC SCHOOL KHIPRO . You would also be bound to
follow and adhere to the instructions issued by the management from
time to time to safeguard the interest of the BHITAI PUBLIC SCHOOL
KHIPRO .
3. On and after the confirmation, your service will be liable for termination
due to any of the following drawbacks observed in your:-

a) Negligent, irresponsible, undisciplined & irregular attitude.

b) Poor performance, unsatisfactory work.
c) Breach of trust and / divulging / leaking out the information,
procedures, practices and policies of the BHITAI PUBLIC SCHOOL
KHIPRO
.
d) Found serving any other educational institution without written
permission / authority from the management. You may be given an
opportunity to explain and clarify your position.

4. During first three months of the probationary period, which may be

extended solely to the discretion of the management No paid leave shall
be sanctioned to you. Absence if any shall be treated leave without pay.
5. After completion of three months probationary period you would be
allowed non-accumulative 10 days paid casual leave in one academic
year at the rate of one day casual leave in one academic year at te rate
of one day casual leave per month. Leave availed in excess of 10 days
shall be treated extra ordinary leave without pay.
6. If during or after your probationary period you decide to discontinue, you
will give months advance notice or forgo one months salary in lieu
thereof to obtain a proper clearance release. However you may not be
relieved unless a suitable replacement is found. In case the management
decides to relieve you, 30 (thirty) days notice will be given or 30 (thirty)
days salary in lieu thereof will be paid.
7. To discuss the progress of the studies and problems encountered
academic sessions every alternate Saturday will be a working day from
9.00 12.00 noon, attendance to it is mandatory.
It is hereby certified that I have gone through and clearly understood the
terms and conditions of my employment in the preceding paragraphs. By
subscribing my hand this day, the month and the year I hereby agree to
abide by them during the tenure of my service, remaining, loyal and faithful
to the BHITAI PUBLIC SCHOOL KHIPRO
