2. The above financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30,201 5, have been reviewed by the Audit
Committee on November 5,20 15 and approved by the Board at its meeting held on even date. The Statutory Auditors have conducted
the limited review of the Results as per the Listing Agreement.

3. Finance cost for the half year under review is higher as compared to corresponding period of previous year, mainly due to foreign
exchange fluctuations.

The Earning Per Share (EPS) for the quarter under review, for the immediately preceding quarter, half year under review and
previous year are not comparable with the corresponding quarter and half year of the previous year as the EPS for the former
periods have been calculated based on enhanced paid-up share capital.

5.

The Pledged / Encumbered Shares shown under Part 11, are only towards collateral security for working capital facilities provided
by the Bankers to the Company and its subsidiaries.

6. The Company has a single reportable business segment of "Security and Safety".
7. Previous quarter I half year 1 year figures have been regrouped 1 rearranged wherever necessary.
