A TruTec Neutron Backscatter measurement is used to trouble-shoot or optimize on-line processes. It can measure liquid levels, vapor
pockets, fouling, or interfaces between different phases by detecting differences in hydrogen concentration. This system is an extremely
efficient method of verifying liquid levels in pressure vessels, determining froth heights in downcomers, identifying plugs in piping, or sludge
levels inside tanks.

Neutron Measurement on a Polymer Line

routine neutron surveys of all their relief piping in the plant, to
assure that no dangerous deposits exist that would result in
undesirable back pressures or flow restrictions.
