INVESTIGATIVE REPORT
On June 10, 2014, Crime Intelligence Analyst I (CIA I) Parker Crucq requested Crime
Intelligence Analyst II Lizette Morales conduct a background investigation assist on Florida East
Coast Railway Common Carrier applicant Raul Antonio Guerra Perez.
On June 12, 2014, the final investigation was completed and returned to CIA I Crucq via e-mail.

INVESTIGATIVE REPORT
On June 9, 2014, Crime Intelligence Analyst Supervisor Laura Paukner requested for Special
Agent (SA) Jason Kriegsman to conduct investigative background leads on Raul Guerra for the
common carrier position at the of the Florida East Coast Railroad (FEC).
SA Kriegsman completed two employment verifications, three neighborhood references and
one developed reference.
On June 17, 2014, investigation forms were provided to the requestor.
