COLLECT TOYS FOR AREA YOUTH
Drop Off toys at AT&T Stores and Get a Selfie with Santa Discount
GRAND FORKS, ND. Dec. 1, 2015 AT&T and the Anne Carlsen Center are teaming up to collect
toys for North Dakota youth. The drive will take place at area AT&T stores through December. AT&T
and the Anne Carlsen Center will kick-off the toy drive tonight at the AT&T store in Grand Forks at 3750
32nd Avenue South.
Toy collection runs from Giving Tuesday, Dec. 1, through Dec. 17. Anyone who drops off a new,
unwrapped toy will get 25% of one eligible accessory purchase. In addition to toy collection, select
AT&T stores will also have a Selfie with Santa photo booth set up throughout the toy drive (dates and
times below).
Were proud to support the great work done by the Anne Carlsen Center, said Cheryl Riley, president,
AT&T Northern Plains, which includes North Dakota. "A toy for a child or teen facing a health or
developmental challenge is a small token, but if it helps make their holiday season a little brighter then
were happy to be part of that.
We are so grateful to our friends at AT&T who have decided to share their generosity and holiday spirit
with the Anne Carlsen Center, said Patrick Kirby, chief development officer, the Anne Carlsen Center.
Many families we serve across North Dakota will benefit from this amazing promotion!
The Anne Carlsen Center will distribute the donated toys. The Jamestown-based non-profit provides
educational, residential, therapeutic, vocational and community-based services to individuals and
families through North Dakota. They serve of all ages with cerebral palsy; orthopedic, vision and
hearing disabilities; autism, pervasive, and other behavior disorders; and other medical acuities. While
all toys will be accepted, a list of suggested toys can be found at www.toysrus.com/differentlyabled.
