Introduction:
Business analytics refers to the skills, technologies, practices for continuous iterative
exploration and investigation of past business performance to gain insight and
drive business planning. It requires analysis of data using statistical and quantitative
techniques. The programme is planned to impart basic skill of data analysis using
appropriate statistical techniques.
Programme Objectives:
This program is designed to guide business analytics professionals in extracting implicit,
previously unknown and potentially useful knowledge from large data sets, developing
performance models & usage of optimization techniques.
