a. The Annual Homeless Count takes place on January 28, 2016.
b. Recruitment of an Area Count Manager and Assistant. Both positions may be filled by Stakeholders.

5. Discussion/Possible Action: La Brea Corridor Study Final Results (10:10am/15 minutes)

7. El Nio Preparedness for Baldwin/Crenshaw/Leimert (10:40am/30 minutes)

a. Informative session for area residents on how to prepare for El Nio and what to do in an emergency.
8. Discussion/Possible Action: ECWANDC Moving Expenses (11:10am/10 minutes)
a. The Board will vote on the labor moving expense not to exceed 4 hours @ $75/hr

b. The Board will vote on the expense of providing office keys to all Board Members who are up-to-date
on their certifications -- not to exceed $100
