workforce through our Managed Service Programmes.

Global Talent Competitiveness Index

Work Trends Study

Talent has become the key currency of the global economy and,
therefore, is one that decision-makers need to understand in depth. GTCI
is the annual benchmarking study that ranks 93 countries based on their
ability to grow, attract and retain talent. Produced by Adecco,
INSEAD and Singapore's Human Capital Leadership Institute, GTCI
provides governments and businesses with best practices to overcome
skill shortages and talent mismatch, while boosting their global
competitiveness.

In 2014 Adecco conducted the Global Social Recruiting Study,


reporting on how recruiters and job seekers use social media in the new
digital, interconnected world. In 2015 the scope of the research has been
extended and the Work Trend Study investigates how social media and
smartworking are changing the way we work. The study is being fielded in

Athletes Career Programme

Win 4 Youth

Over 75 million young people are unemployed in the


world. Skilled youngsters up for a challenge but
trapped by a lack of opportunity. With the Way to
Work programme, Adecco is taking action:

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the


International Paralympic Committee (IPC) Athlete
Career Programmes (ACP), in collaboration with
Adecco, are designed to help elite athletes to address
their education and employment needs in order to
enhance their career prospects beyond sport. Through
the ACP, companies gain access to world-class
employees with extraordinary skills combined with the
determination to excel in whatever they do. Since
2005, the programme has been reaching out to over
22,000 athletes in 180 countries.

Win4Youth is a global sports initiative that aims to raise


money for youth foundations while fostering healthy and
active lifestyles for the Adecco people.
