Admin Panel
This is the view of the Admin panel when you first login to it you should see a bunch of pretty little picture
the center of the screen with comment function.
To the left you will see the main menu which if you are go to run a Ptc site then you need to know it like
the back of your hand if you want to keep your site running !
We gone to take you thru each part one by one thru the main menu the one on the left side only.
Some of you have different looking admin panels but if its Auroragpt Script they all work or sometimes
don't work depending on addon's that may be added to your copy of the script.
But the basics is the same.
So let get started with the first Button on the menu.

It will open up and you will see 2 more buttons

Its all pretty much self explanatory.
Here you will find all info on the number of members.
Click & hit stats to the site.
Todays stats for Hits,Unique hits,new members etc.. to your site
Balance stats:Total amount of links etc in members account.
Amounts of site sales and payouts to members.

Daily Breakdown
The Days to View: Can be changed from 5 to 95 days and will expand the table to include the necessary
days.
PTP: This is the paid to promote hits received on that day.
F.G: This is the flood guard hits received and deflected on that day. Flood guard is a tool that can be set
from the site settings that will deflect bogus traffic or attempts to break passwords from your site and
send them either to another site or nowhere depending on your settings.
Cash: This is the amount your members earned on that day
Income: This is the amount of purchases to your site, money you have made that day.
Payout: This is the amount that you actually paid to members that day.
Members: This is the amount of new sign-ups on that day.

Orders:
Order Ledger:
This page list all the orders that have been completed.
Normally there is transaction ID number from the payment processor also.
The order will not show up if you manually approved the purchase from the pending or unprocessed
orders page.
From this page you can also click on the the user name of the member that made the purchase and it
will take you to the manage member page for that user name so that you can review that members
account account if needed.

Pending Orders

Pending Orders:
This is the pending order page.
If you have your payment options settings set to first time verification, the order will appear on this page.
This page does a good job explaining what everything is except for the color bars at the end.
Green = approve this purchase
White = means do nothing with this purchase
Red = disapprove this purchase
When you click approve it will do that action depending on which color you place the black dot.

Unprocessed Orders

Unprocessed Orders:
This is the unprocessed orders page. Whenever an order is started and not completed OR a confirmation
is not received from the payment processor the order will show up on this page.
Do not process orders from here as they have not been paid for.
There are three functions that can be done on this page.
Credit:
When you click this the order will be processed and do two things.
1) it will move from this page to the orders page and
2) it will credit the members account with the purchase.
Clear Unprocessed Orders: .
This function will clear the unprocessed orders page so that it is completely empty.
Process Order ID:
This is a search function that will search all the unprocessed order for the order Id number you place in
the box.

Approved Accounts:
This is the approved account page.
If you are requiring first time purchase approval. When you approve that first order, the member is
considered APPROVED and shows up on this page under Accounts Currently Approved.
There are 3 functions that can be accomplished from this page.
Approve Accounts: This function allows you to enter an account for approval prior to them actually
making that first purchase.
Unapproved Account: This function allows you to unapproved one or more accounts. Just click on the
account and make it highlighted, then hit the unapproved button.
Unapproved all accounts: This function allows you to unapproved all the accounts at once. Just hit the
unapproved all accounts button. The script will ask for verification before it processes the function.

Denied Accounts:
This is the denied account page. If you are requiring first time purchase approval. When you disapprove
that first order, the member is considered DISAPPROVED and shows up on this page under Accounts
Currently Blocked.
There are 3 functions that can be accomplished from this page.
Block Accounts: This function allows you to enter an account for block prior to them actually making that
first purchase.
Unblock Account: This function allows you to unblock one or more accounts. Just click on the account
and make it highlighted, then click the unblock button.
Unblock all accounts: This function allows you to unblock all the accounts at once. Just click the unblock
all accounts button. The script will ask for verification before it processes the function.

Make Payouts

Click on the menu button [ Payouts ]

Click on the button [ Make Payouts ]
Payouts:
This is the payouts manager page. From here you can see the payout requests for each of your payment
processors and see summary details of payments paid. If you hit the name of the payment
processor (for example Paypal), it will bring up the payment queue for that processor only as
shown below:
Once you hit the Queue Payments button it will move all those payment requests to the payment
summary as follows:
Now, to process the payment requests, you will want to press the date (for example May 27) and it will
bring up the queued payment requests so that you can process them. These are set up to copy
and paste into a spread sheet so you can do a mass pay.
Now, once you have actually sent out the payments via your payment processor, just hit Mark as Paid
and then the status will change from not paid to paid as seen below.
Now, if you would like to see a review of the payment requests paid for a certain date, just hit the date (for
example July 2) and it will bring up a detailed list of all the payment requested that you marked
as paid for that day as seen below:

Payouts:
Options:
This is the Withdrawal Options page, from here you can edit, delete, and set up your payment withdrawal
options for your members. The Delete button will do just that, it will delete the option. Hitting the Edit
button will bring up this screen so that you can edit the withdrawal option.
Title: Name of the payment processor.
Minimum: Minimum amount standard members must have in their account to process a withdrawal
request.
Minimum Premium: Minimum amount Premium or upgraded members must have in their account to
process a withdrawal request.
Fee: This is the fee that you want to charge your standard members to process their payment request.
Fee Premium: This is the fee that you want to charge your Premium or upgraded members to process
their payment request.
Format and Deliminator: These are the coding codes enbedded into the copy and paste into a spread
sheet for mass pay processing. I would not recommend changing these for the payment processors build
into the script as a standard feature.

Active: This can be Yes or No, it means does the member have to be an active member. I would
recommend setting it to Yes.
Verification Type: This is the verification that is requested on the members withdrawal request page. It
can be integer as shown, blank, or email as seen below:
For Verification Type:
Email: Use this method if your payment processor requires an email address to pay (i.e. Paypal,
Alertpay).
Interger: Use this method if you payment processor requires a numeric code.
Blank: Use this method if your payment processor requires anything but numbers, leave BLANK (LR,etc).
It is important to pick the correct verification type for the payment processor you are setting up.
To set up a new payment processor it basically the exact same as editing a payment processor.

Settings:
Standard Request System: Under this system, you must actually send the payments out yourself through
your payment processor. We recommend that you ONLY use this setting. The reason is that there are
way to many cheaters that will try to cheat you and you want to be able to review payment requests and
accounts before you send out a payment.
Automatic Payout System: Under this system you would need to set up your payment processors to
automatically accept all payment request and then send them out. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO
USE THIS OPTION.

Account Request: This tool will allow you pull up all payment requests that are using a certain payment
address, whether that is one account or many.
This is a great tool for finding cheaters.
Just place the payment address in the box and click Load and the page shown below will show up.
If you click the user name it will take you to that members profile page.

This tool will list ALL pending requests. From here you can either pick a single or several payment
request to review, delete, mark paid, or cancel. If you click the members user name it will take
you to that members profile.

this is an excellent tool for finding cheaters. This tool will look for accounts that have the same payment
address. I would recommend putting a check in both the search paid and pending request as shown
below:
If you have any cheaters, you will get a summary of those cheaters as shown below:
Their email address as well as the number of accounts they have will show up here.
Select All will select all those accounts.
Inverse All will un-select all those accounts.
Suspend Selected Accounts will suspend all the accounts that you have checked.
If you click on the payment address, it will give you a detail of the accounts using that payment address
as shown below:
From here you can click on the the user name and it will take you to that members profile page for
greater review.

If you use the account filter to suspend an account and then you manually unsuspend their account, you must
void their previous payments from the account filter or else they will be detected as a cheater again and be
suspended yet again. This tool will also unsuspend the user's account entered.

To set up an ad simply input all the details into the text areas and click 'add link':
Title: Input Your Ad Title/Name Here
Target Url: Input the website link for your ad example: http://mysite.com
PTCBanner Url: If you have a banner for your ad input the address here example:
http://mysite.com/banners/banner1.gif
Username: Input your user name or your advertisers user name
Credits: Input how many credits will be assigned to the ad example: 1000
Target Country: If you have country Targeting set up you can create ads that will only be shown to a
specific country by choosing that country from the drop down list
Time: Input how long the member will have to view the link for
Class: Choose the class of ad can be either cash or points
Link Value: Input how much the ad is worth per click - can be either cash or points
Highlight Color: Input a color if you would like the ad to be highlighted
Status?: Set the ad to Active (meaning it will show on your site straight away) or Pending Approval
(meaning it will become active once it is approved)
Forbid Credit Retraction: If you do not want the advertiser to be able to retract credits from this ad check
the box
CHECKING/EDITING/DELETING A PTC AD
If you need to check,edit or delete a current link :
Click the title of the ad you would like to check/edit/delete
A screen similar to the image below will open, where you will be able to edit anything you need in the
selected ad
Once you have finished make sure you click SAVE or if you wish to remove the ad permanently click
DELETE
Paid To Promote

Paid To Promote:
The top link which says PTP Allowed Sites will take you to a page where you can set up the ptp allowed
sites.
Paid to Promote: If you click the on box, it activates the paid to promote system.
This part of the system is used to pay or reward your members for promoting your site with their referral
links and puts this statement on your earnings page:
Paid to Promote Amount: This is the amount paid to each valid hit for your free or standard members, not
per thousand, per hit. It should be something like .001 for 1 cent per thousand.
Only Pay for Allowed Referrers: This option is used if you want to specify which sites your members are
only allowed to promote on. This is a good option and will help to control the abuse of the paid to
promote system as the script will not give a valid hit unless it comes from one of these approved
domains. These domains are added on the PTP Allowed Sites page which we will discuss after
we go over this page.
Sell Popups: This will activate the selling of pop-up (PTP) ad credits on the purchase page.
Show Popups: This will activate the pop-up ads on the site.
Let Members Manage Popup Ads: This option activates the pop-up ad section in your members ad
manager. If you are going to sell pop-ups its a good idea to allow your members to manage their
ads.
Pay only if Popup Loads: This will make it so the popup ad only credits IF the popup actually loads. Its a
good idea that if you use pop-up ads, to activate this.
Popup just once for each visitor: Again pretty easy to understand, this will limit popup ads from showing
up to only once per visitor visit. Again, if you are going to use pop-up ads, this is something that
is recommended as most visitors really do not like pop-up ads.
Pay for only unique visitors: This is something that should always be checked for both sections of the ptp
system. Otherwise your members can really abuse the system.
Unique Pay Behavior: This is an important setting and you have 2 options as see below:
Pay for Site Unique Hits: This setting will pay ONLY if the hit is unique to the site per day. So if you
have more than one member referring the same person, that person is counted as a valid hit only
once. THIS IS THE RECOMMENDED SETTING.
Pay for Referrer Unique Hits: This setting will pay for each unique hit each of your members send to

the site.
Pay if no referring url: You want to set this setting to NO, otherwise your members will really abuse the
system a lot of sites that do not set this option to no ends up paying through their eyes for ptp..
PTP Allowed Sites page. If you click that link on the settings page it will take you to the following page:
This is set up just like all the other ad manager pages, giving you options to go to the activate popup ads
page, purge popup ads, and gives a summary of all the popup ads in your system. you can also
add new popup ads from this page.

From here you will see a list of all members that have joined:
Deleted Members:
From here you will see all members that have either deleted their account or you as site admin have
deleted them for various reasons.
Memberships:
The top section list the memberships that you have already set up.
This part list the name of the membership, the date it was set up, the number of members that have that
membership, the price you are selling it for, the time of the membership, if you are currently selling this
membership and the order in which it is listed on the purchase page.
From here you can also click on the name of the membership and it will take you to the details of that
membership.
Now the second area is where you set up a new membership. I will explain what everything means:
Title: The title of the membership
Type: This is the length of the membership, it can be set to daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or lifetime.
Downline Earnings: This is the amount this membership will earn from their referrals. This is a
percentage, so 5=5%, 50=50% etc.
Price: The price of the membership.
PTP Amount: This is the amount this membership will receive for each accepted PTP hit.
Purchase Bonus: This is the amount this membership will receive each time one of their referrals makes
a purchase.
Upgrade Bonus: This is the amount this membership will receive each time one of their referrals
upgrades.
Packages: This is the options shown on the purchase page. For example, 1, 2, 3 would mean it can be
purchased in 1, 2, and 3 months at a time if the membership was a monthly membership.
Order: This is the order in which the memberships will show up on the purchase page. A 1 would be the
first one shown.

Sell: This is whether or not you wish to sell this membership.

Now, when you click the name of the membership it will bring up the details for this membership as
follows:
From here you can add to the membership, such as 1000 Link credits.
You can choose any of the type of things you have on your site, any number, and you can choose where
this is added upon joining, daily, weekly, or monthly.
The Number is the amount of times it will be added.
For example, if you have a monthly and you set 1000 link credits to be added weekly and you put in the
number a 3, then 1000 link credits will be added each week for 3 weeks.
Country Fix:
From here you will see members that have signed up but their Country does not show in the Member
Area
Just click on GO and it will update any members Country that was not input when they joined.

Referrals:
Assign Referrals:
Type in the members user name, the number of referrals you want to give them and the program will
send the referrals to them.
On this page you can see the last activity date of your orphaned referrals.
Its a good idea to set some type of policy for your site on how "old" or how many days of inactivity you
allow to be sold.
Referrals:
Upline Cleaner:
This tool will clean all upline of non existent member from your site.
Say for example thet user 123 joins and he puts that user 345 is his referrer but you do not have user 345
in the members area
Click on Clean All and it will remove False Referrers.
IP Filter:
Set Tolorance (Set to 2)
Click on Update.
This will show a User that has multiple accounts:

From here you will see the Ip addresses are the same but with different user names and most times
different email addresses.
Ban Ip Accounts:
This tool will allow you to ban any accounts using a specified IP address.

Suspend Account Put a check mark in the box
Remove All Earnings Put a check mark in the box
Make List Of Accounts Put a check mark in the box

This will ban any Ip address that you put there.

Show 100% Unique Put a check mark in the box
Set Account Tolorance Set to 2

This will show you any members that are using the same password to log into the site (Possible Cheaters
with multiple account)

If you have members that have been deleted and want to remove them from members downline you can
do so here.
This feature allows you to completely restructure the downline stats for every member

From here you can add differnt groups for members, (example- Cheaters, Multipl Accounts, etc..
Click on the Green + sign
Add Group Titile in the Pop Up Box
Click Add Group
Now say for example that you have a member that is a Cheater and you want to add that Member to the
Group entitled Cheaters.
Go to the members account,click on Edit User.
You will see this:

(From the dropdown Menu select Yes
Suspend Time?: -1 or the amount of days you want to suspend that member
Days (-1 forever)
Suspend Message: The reason for suspending that member (Example: Cheater)
Group Add this Member to the group that most fits why the member was suspended (Example:
Cheaters)
Click Save Changes at the bottom and you are done.

Games 911 Or whatever games your site has
Game 911 Enabled: To enable click the box,to leave disabled leave unchecked.
Communication:
eMailer:
This is the emailer to send out emails to all of your members that have not opted out of admin emails. Its
easy to use. Just put in a Subject, your email will automatically be updated with your site address.
Then write your message.
Click on Mail them now.
Communication:
Manage News:
From here you can add whatever message you like to appear in the news section of your site for
members to read.
You will find a link on the homepage of the site entitled News
Communication:
Manage FAQ:
From here you can add and answer qiestions that you think members will need help with.
For example a member might ask
How long before i get paid: (You put that topic in the Question Area)
Below you put your answer ( This site pays in ?? days)
Click on ADD
It will be added to the FAQ section for members to read.

Although I would recommend doing a full backup from the cpanel and save it to your computer as a zip

It is a good idea to click on this at least once a week. It will fix whatever is not right with the User Tables.

This tool will sort through and delete any duplicate entries in the daily stats database.

This will repair and optimize the database. Its a good idea to optimize your database at least weekly.

Delete all footprints older than days
Delete Duplicate Stats
This will check for any duplicate stat rows and remove them.

Delete all error log entries older than days
Just add the number of days to each box that you would like to repair and optimize then click the
corresponding link at the end.

In the box put the domain that you want to block (Example: Enter just the domain, no 'www.' Example:

Click on Block Domain.
Whatever domain you block here will not have access to your site.

Email Blocker:
This tool allows you to block emails from being used for new account signups.
Input the email address that you want to block and click on Block Emails
This will prevent members from signing up multiple time with the same email address.

Ad Blocker:
This tool allows you to keep specific URLS from being credited with advertising credits. For example, if
someone keeps making fraud payments from different accounts promoting
http://www.domain.com/?ref=user, you can block out domain.com?ref=user. You can also block
out domain.com or ref=user and it will work. Be aware, if you block domain.com, then ALL ads
that contain domain.com will be blocked.
Any credits that are attempted to be added to a blocked ad will be deleted and lost!
A '382 error' will be returned to any user trying to create an add that is blocked
Input the url for the doamin that you want to block and click on Block AD.

This tool allows you to add domains to the PTP allowed list. Note: Be sure that the PTP settings are
correct and that "Only Pay for Allowed Referrers" is selected.

New Special Ad is where you set up the basic structure for a new special. Here you list the name of the
special, price, packages, order, and if it will be sold or not. Now, packages is the different number of
specials that can be purchased on the purchase page (For example, a 3 means that members have the
option to purchase 3 of these specials at once). If you unclick the sell option, then this special will not be
listed on the purchase page and can not be sold (WHICH IS RECOMMENDED FOR THE ONE YOU
USE FOR THE DAILY CLICK BONUS PACKAGE)
Special Review is where you set which special if any will be shown on both the purchase page and the
home page. Its pretty easy to use.
Once a special has been set up, you will want to add things to that special. To do that, just click the name
of the special and the page will update to look like this:
From here you can add the things you want to the special. What we are going to do for this example is
add 1,000 link credits and 5,000 banner credits. First in the amount add 1000 and pick link credits, then
hit the Add Benefit button, and it should update to look like this:
Now do the same with the 1000 banner credits and it should update to look like this:
To remove an item from the special, just hit the delete button next to the item and it will be removed.
From this same page you can update the name of the special, price and order.

From this page you can assign a special to any member.

All you need to do is decide the number of specials you want to assign, pick the special from the menu
(this will only list specials you have set up), and put in the members user name.
