As we can see from graph how revenues for Gulf Air change during four last year. It
divided depending on trip of country that passenger go to it. For each country we will
explain as below:
Africa in 2011 and 2014 has highest revenues but in 2012 is decrease to reach
half 30Mn only. in 2013 the revenues of Africa Again increase .
For Europe highest revenues has got in 2011 to reach100Million then sharply
decrease in next year to reach half revenues. But in 2013 start grow up to more
than half and also in 2014 but it not reach same like 2011.
Asia in 2011and 2012 revenues is increase but in 2013 it decrease. In2014 it
increases to reach highest revenues for last Four years with 150Molloin.
From above information we can find how the position of Gulf Air was not grow
properly for last 4 years which need for the company to find really reason that
decrease their revenues .Also to find new way to attract more customer and but best
strategy to increase the profit and decrease the cost.

As we can see from graph there was positive relations for both the revenues and
number of passenger were moving together. They either increase or decrease together.
Both start with increase, then on month 3 it was decrease. After that there were
increase and back again sharply decrease on month 6. Next there were starting to
increase on month 8reach highest increase for both. Finally there were starting to
decrease again.

From above we can find that Gulf Air has problem to continue increase their revenues
and to save their passenger from moving to another airline. So Gulf Air has really
issue to increase and save their current customer. Also it made their customer
satisfaction about their service and product.

Task7
Introduction:

All organization aim to attract the customer to it. Gulf Air also wants to attract their
customer. So in this analyses will study how we can attract more customers to Gulf Air.
We need to know what is our customer need and required to be satisfaction about us.

Objective:
The main idea for this survey to value how can Gulf Air increase customer satisfactions
about them to also their revenues increase in good way.
Data Collection:
I will use both primary and secondary data. Primary data I will be use questionnaire and
Interview will be with one of the customer. I hope through this result, I could find
customer need to feel comfortable when use our airline and be closer from customer.
These source will help to build real information about our customer satisfaction not
assume only. Also secondary data will help to provide more clear information about how
customer satisfaction will help to increase number of passenger in Gulf Air and show the
way to can reach to our customer needed.

Methodology:
The mixed design will be best choose to analyses the data because it includes
qualitative and quantitative data. Also I will use some sampling frame to help to find the
position and assume the result. Finally, presentation of the data will include some easy
and clear graph and table to show the situation and decide the result from evident from
graph easily.

Main Body:
From information available about Gulf Air it clearly assume what is the company
position for last 4 year and how it was unstable and moving in swing way without
stability. These result shows the number of passenger for Gulf Air not feels satisfaction
to travel thought it and change their airline. This result came from measure the
revenues of it last 4 years and how it was unstable which keep Gulf Air to face very
difficult problem and anther competitive try to attract their customer.

Conclusion:

All in all, Gulf Air has to take care of their customer need. This study to find customer
satisfaction and to find solution to reach to their satisfaction and keep them dealing with
Gulf Air. we find the problem that the Gulf Air revenues is swing not increase in good
growing .This revenues match in relation with number of passenger .the best solution
for this issue is to increase the number of passenger and to do this result we have to
know our customer need and required from us to attract more of them. My
recommendation to easily solve this issue ask customer about their satisfaction and I
suggest to do below point to increase customer satisfaction:
Ask customer about their need and try to be the customer to know what will you
need
Never assume their need
Increase in Marketing about the Gulf Air
Put more offer
Put new strategy to help for increasing revenues and customer satisfaction
Use the technology in the company system
Always develop the product and service you provide for the customer.
Increase number of the trip.
